مطلوب Senior Graphic Designer للعمل لدى Arcenciel Ngo
نطاق الراتب: بين 1200 و 1500 (دولار أمريكي)

General Objectives & Tasks :
1- Create and adapt the creative concept on the different designs of the web, social networks and printing unit in a creative way while respecting the culture of arcenciel and its visual identity (graphic charter):
- Receive briefs from the programs, centers and/or departments through the communications officers/supervisors and execute tasks as requested.
- Contribute to identifying and analyzing the needs and providing the required support and supervision.
- Create concepts and creative boards for the different projects.
- Liaise with third party suppliers to get the best outcome form of production.
- Participate in the planning of the communication strategy through the creative creation of adequate design tools.
2- Ensure the execution of required tasks through supervision and creation of corresponding tools:
- Develop the brand identity (logos, branding and visual identities: flyers, posters, brochures, catalogs, and packaging …).
- Supervise and design the layout of the corresponding posts on social networks.
- Develop the mood board and synopsis of the videos and help in the designing of storyboards and/or shooting.
- Handle the art direction during photo / video shooting sessions.
- Maintain a proper library and storage for arcenciel’s previous and existing files and documents
- Assist in designing and executing events’ spaces and exhibitions.
- Analyze and graphically produce digital data to make them accessible to the general public.
3- Supervise the graphic designing team at the Marketing and Communication department:
- Coach, supervise and manage the creative/design team.
- Assure the right workflow of the creative / design team in the Marketing and Communication department in terms of briefs, deadlines, de-briefs, etc.
- Ensure a proper communication between the creative / design team and different arcenciel units in terms of designs.
Position requirements:
- Proficiency of graphic design techniques.
- Hands-on experience of graphic designing software and image designing and editing tools.
- Proficiency in using camera.
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
- Possess a keen eye for visual details.
- graphics a plus.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.
- Experience in leading and managing a diverse team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while respecting and meeting close deadlines.
- Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate (both oral and written) with diverse people from different professional and social backgrounds.
- Must be a creative thinker with imaginative skills and curious learner.
- Availability, flexibility and commitment.
Working schedule: Monday till Friday from 08:00 am till 04:00 pm.
Contract type: 1 year renewable contract depending on funds and performance.
