The Opportunity

The Consortium Information Management Officer will work closely with the MEAL focal points for INMA’A and HAQQI consortiums on data management. The role holder will also work closely on information management related tasks with the IM Specialist to ensure the unification of databases among partners and harmonization of data collection tools and methods.

In order to be successful you will bring/have:

  • University Degree in Information Management Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic
  • Skills in statistical and computer software such as SPSS, STATA, or R
  • Experience in programming using JS, CSS, Android Mobile App, API, Survey 123, collector APP, ODK
  • Three years of experience working in designing information management systems or database management, and analytics with computer skills, including advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), Power BI are required. Mapping experience is required (GIS).
  • Skills in designing and implementing information management frameworks
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
