Job Description:
- Monitor ATMs used by Syrian refugees and host community to withdraw their assistance
- Make sure that “Social Distancing” is implemented in the queue
- Fill in surveys for beneficiaries using a tablet
- Taking referrals for any assistance needed
- Report back to management any technical problems the beneficiaries may face when withdrawing their assistance on the ATM
- Report back any mistreatment to management towards any beneficiary that is withdrawing their assistance from the ATM
- Monitor the “Security Guard” present with the ATM monitor and report back to management
Working Days & Hours
- Twenty-Seven (27) workdays per Month (27 Working Days / Month)
- Working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. daily
Job Qualifications:
- A high school degree
- Basic English language skills in reading and writing as well as Arabic
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft excel
- Possession of a car IS A MUST
- Clean criminal record IS A MUST
- Vaccination against COVID – 19 is a MUST
- Knowledge of the geographical area of work is recommended
- Previous experience in working with Syrian refugees’ communities is highly preferred
- Able to work long hours under different weather conditions
- Ability for flexibility
