المسؤوليات:
1- جدولة وتنفيذ ومراقبة السلسلة الكاملة لأنشطة عمليات الصيانة لضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة بطريقة آمنة وفعالة للامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والمتطلبات الخاصة بالشركة. الإشراف على أنشطة المشروع والإشراف على دورة إدارة المشروع الكاملة التي تستلزم جمع المتطلبات والتنفيذ النهائي للمشاريع.
2 – مساعدة “رئيس القسم” في إعداد مقترحات ميزانية الصيانة والنطاقات الفنية للأعمال المخطط لها في منطقة مسؤوليته. تقديم المدخلات في المناقصات ومراقبة العقود والميزانيات ومراقبة الميزانية بتوجيه من رئيس القسم.
3- ترسيخ أنشطة الإنشاء والتكليف في الموقع وضمان إكمال المشروع ضمن معايير الوقت والتكلفة والاستخدام الفعال للموارد لتعظيم الإنتاج.
4- ضمان الاستجابة في الوقت المناسب لبطاقات العمل المرفوعة إلى مجال مسؤولياته.
5- جدولة ومراقبة الإصلاحات الروتينية والوقائية والصيانة الطارئة ، من أجل إكمال جميع الأنشطة بكفاءة وأمان في غضون فترة الانقطاع المخصصة. تخطيط وإدارة الوقت والقوى العاملة لتنفيذ الإصلاحات الرئيسية وبعد ذلك إعداد تقارير الصيانة لجميع أعمال الإصلاح.
6- الحفاظ على مخزون قطع الغيار باستخدام برنامج Oracle ، وبدء الشراء من أجل ضمان توفرها أثناء عمليات الإصلاح والصيانة الطارئة ، وبالتالي ضمان الجودة والانتهاء من العمل في الوقت المناسب لفحص المواد / قطع الغيار التي تم شراؤها حديثًا في المتاجر وتنظيم فحص قطع الغيار و تقديم المشورة للإدارة وفقًا لذلك.
7- التوصية بالتركيبات أو التعديلات الجديدة لتحسين أداء التحكم في المصنع أو استبدال الأجهزة المعيبة أو المتقادمة لأنظمة وأنظمة معدات التحكم. قم بالإشراف على التقدم المحرز في جميع أنواع أنشطة الصيانة الروتينية والمخططة والأعطال ومراقبتها ، وذلك لتقليل وقت تعطل المعدات لزيادة إنتاجية المصنع. لتوفير التوجيه المطلوب للمشرف للتحقيق الهندسي في عيوب المصنع حسب الضرورة وتحت إجراء التحقيقات الهندسية الأخرى وأعمال الاختبار. تحديد وتقييم وتخطيط وتنفيذ وظائف الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقًا لتوصيات الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية.
8- التواصل مع الإدارة وتحديث رئيس القسم لحل المشكلات المعقدة المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا الجديدة وترقية المعدات ومراجعة المعايير ومواصفات الشراء وإجراءات الاختبار وتصميمات المشاريع الجديدة.
9- مراجعة المستندات الهندسية للمصانع الجديدة وتوفير مدخلات هندسة الصيانة في الأصول الحالية والجديدة لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات التشغيل والتصديق والتحقق وصيانتها وتحديثها حسب الاقتضاء للمصانع الجديدة وكذلك المصانع القائمة.
10- المساعدة في إعداد المواصفات الفنية للعمل التعاقدي وتحت الإشراف الفني للمقاولين.
11- الاستفادة الكاملة من استخدام برنامج أوراكل لإدارة التخطيط اليومي وجدولة أنشطة الصيانة ، وضمان مراقبة جودة العمل الذي تقوم به تخصصات الصيانة المناسبة. رفع طلب العمل للورشة ومتابعته.
12- الاتصال مع الأقسام الأخرى لتنفيذ الوظائف في الوقت المناسب. إنشاء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل جيدة والتنسيق مع إدارات التشغيل والصيانة والمالية والإدارة.
13- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات عمل مهنية مع مصنعي المعدات الأصلية والمقاولين / البائعين المحليين من أجل التنفيذ السلس للعقود / الإمدادات.
14- العمل كحرف لقبول وثيقة السلامة لتنفيذ أي مهمة صيانة.
15- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة الميدانية بأمان الامتثال لإرشادات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة البيئية للشركة (EHS) في جميع الأوقات داخل محطة الطاقة. تنفيذ / تنسيق تدريبات الطوارئ في المصنع للحرائق الكبرى والتسربات والإطلاقات الإشعاعية والحوادث الأخرى المتعلقة بالسلامة (تشمل أنشطة الحفر النقل وفرق الإطفاء وترتيبات سيارات الإسعاف
16- أداء وظائف الموظفين مثل حالة أداء الموظفين ، وإدارة الإجازات ، والعمل الإضافي وما إلى ذلك عن طريق رفع تطبيقات الموارد البشرية في Lotus Notes / Oracle للموظفين الذين يعملون تحت إشرافه في أداء مكونات المصنع والسياسات والإجراءات والتدبير المنزلي وحالة المواد ومخاطر الموظفين

Responsibilities:
1- Schedule, execute and monitor the entire gamut of maintenance operations activities ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner to comply with statutory and company requirements. Supervising project activities & overseeing complete project management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects.
2- Assist the Section Head in preparing maintenance budget proposals and technical scopes for the planned works in his area of responsibility. Providing input into tenders and monitoring of contracts, budgets and budgetary control under the guidance of the Section Head.
3- Anchoring on-site erection & commissioning activities and ensuring completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
4- Ensure timely response to the job cards raised to his area of responsibilities.
5- Schedule and control the routine, preventive overhauls and emergency maintenance, in order to efficiently and safely complete all the activities well within the allocated period of outage. Plan and manage time and manpower for executing major overhauls and thereafter preparing maintenance reports for all overhauling work.
6- Maintain inventory of spares by using Oracle software, and initiate procurement in order to ensure their availability during overhauls and emergency maintenance and thereby ensuring the quality and timely completion of work To inspect materials / spares newly purchased at stores and organize inspection of spares and advise management accordingly.
7- Recommend new installations or modifications to improve plant control performance or replacement of defective or obsolete instrumentations for control equipment systems and subsystems. Supervise and monitor the progress of all types of routine, breakdown and planned maintenance activities, so as to minimize down time for the equipment for increased plant productivity. To provide the required guidance to the supervisor for the engineering investigation of plant defects as necessary and under take other engineering investigation and test work. Identify, evaluate, plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance jobs as per OEM recommendations.
8- Communicate with management and update the Section Head to resolve complex issues concerning new technology, upgrade of equipment, revision to standards and purchase specifications, test procedures and new projects designs.
9- Review engineering documents for new plants and providing maintenance engineering input into existing and new assets ensuring operational, certification and verification requirements are complied with and maintained and updated as appropriate for the new plants as well as the existing plants.
10- To assist in the preparation of technical specification for contractual work and under taking technical supervision of contractors.
11- Full utilization of the use of the Oracle software to manage the day to day planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, ensuring quality control of the work done by the appropriate maintenance disciplines. To raise job request for workshop and follow up.
12- To liaise with other sections for timely implementation of the jobs. Establish and maintain good working relations and coordination with Operation,Maintenance ,Finance and administration departments.
13- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with OEMs, local contractors/vendors for smooth execution of the contracts/supplies.
14- Act as a craft person to accept the safety document for execution of any maintenance job.
15- Ensure all in-field activities carried out safely complying with company environmental health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures at all times within the power station. Execution/coordinate plant emergency drills for major fires, leakages, radiation releases and other safety related accidents (drill activities included transport, fire brigades and ambulances arrangements
16- Perform personnel functions such as personnel performance status, leave management, overtime etc. by raising HR applications in Lotus Notes/Oracle for staff working under him functioning of plant components, policies and procedures, housekeeping, material condition and personnel hazards
17- Assume the duties of other Maintenance Engineers in the areas of their responsibility, in their absences and ensure readiness to perform any other relevant task assigned by the team leader
18- In addition to main areas of responsibilities the engineer will be assigned to cross training to the other areas as and when required, most likely in similar plants.
19- Manage Gas Turbine major overhauls and contribute towards total life cycle cost reduction.
