Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- BA/S in Management or a relevant field
- At least two years of experience in coordination
- Experience in creating and managing detailed action/project plans and budgets
- Urbanism background is a plus
Main Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the co-directors and in collaboration with other managers/coordinators within PW team:
- Lead in preparing achievable work plans and schedules for projects, track progress, and report on it.
- Follow-up on the proper implementation of project activities to meet project deliverables based on the timeline and scope, ensuring that activities are on schedule, and that project deliverables are completed as committed.
- Coordinate and maintain good relationships with project-related stakeholders to ensure proper outreach is conducted.
- Ensure clear communication between coordinators on project specifications
- Plan, organize and attend meetings and events as required
- Ensure project-related documents are well prepared as evidence of task completion.
- Collect and compile data linked to project indicators, and track data reporting timelines.
- Support monitoring and evaluation efforts to document project outputs, outcomes, and impact.
- Contribute to the analysis of data collected to facilitate assessment results and lessons learned.
- Follow up with coordinators for filing and record keeping of project activities.
- Prepare regular narrative reports to be submitted to the responsible for grant-making at PW.
- Monitor adherence of activities and projects to grants agreements and to PW policies.
- Any other task relevant to the position and as requested by the supervisor.

$1,200 part-time (3 or 4 days a week depending on experience and qualifications)
