وظيفة شاغرة في لبنان: مطلوب باحث لتعبئة استبيان – Interviewer – Beneficiary Satisfaction Survey للعمل مع منظمة أطباء العالم

• Conduct beneficiary satisfaction surveys with service users at CMH-SUc’s supported by MdM in Beqaa and Tripoli and Beirut area under the AFD RECEVAL project. Data collection is performed using a tablet.
• Ensure all information on each survey is accurate and complete prior to submitting it on a daily basis.
• Ensure daily transfer of information to the MEAL Officers  (i.e. total surveys completed, challenges faced during data collection, feedback from cases needing special attention, highlights and notes, etc.).
• Interviewer will be supported and supervised by the MEAL Officers who will be available in Beirut office
• Tablet used for data collection will be provided along with training on the questionnaire.
• Interviewer is required to be present at MdM office in Beirut at 08:00AM on the days during which data collection is implemented, in addition to one day allocated for training (from the 14^th till the 19^th of May 2023). They will return to office by 04.00PM.
• Short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.

Skills and education

Education:

Secondary diploma – BA degree preferable, but not necessary in case candidate’s experience complies with the position.

Experience:           

Prior community outreach and/or volunteer work, especially with Syrian refugees in Lebanon. Previous experience in dealing with refugees communities is mandatory.

Languages:

Fluent Arabic, with knowledge of Syrian dialect (mother-tongue level). Some English is preferable.

• Residents of the Beqaa area will have priority in selection due to ease of access to implementation locations.
