 Responsibilities 

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch or department, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.

2. Maintaining accurate records and files, including personnel files, financial records, and operational reports.

3. Preparing and distributing internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and newsletters.

4. Managing and maintaining office equipment, supplies, and inventory.

5. Answering phone calls and emails, and responding to inquiries and complaints.

6. Supporting the branch or department leadership in planning and executing projects and initiatives.

7. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to RDFL policies and procedures.

Requirements for position

Fluent in Arabic and English (Oral and written)

Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office applications, basic software applications, and familiarity with the internet and email communications.

A Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.

Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.

Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.

Organizational skills and detail-oriented.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Educational qualifications/ experience

A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as relevant experience in administrative support.

Has knowledge in the field of HR
