Background of the project:

Lebanon SC team is going under new assessments and will require additional support during this period in addition to the new type of expected procurement and project launching in the near future:

 

Scope of work

  • Updating the repair tracker.
  • Informing procurement team about assets to be sent to repair.
  • Conducting inventory as per the departments’ need.
  • Keeping track of the inventory list of the storage room.
  • Handling the donation/disposal processes.
  • Organizing and sorting the SC cabinet and the logistics office.
  • Scanning & archiving logistics files.
  • Receiving good and completing all delivery related documents.
  • Follow-up internally the day-to-day flow of work.

 

Deliverables:

  • Fully update Logistics folders: data entry + hard copies filing
  • Update the logistics trackers.
  • Filing of hard copies and follow-up of all needed documents.
  • Data entry of issue forms.
  • Archiving all the documents related to the assets’ delivery.

 

Schedule:

Mon-Friday:  8am-5pm

 

Requirements:

Education: Fresh graduate, preferably in business administration, office management or logistics.

Work Experience:

  • Previous NGO and SC/ logistics experience is found relative.

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work as a member of a team is essential.
  • Positive courteous and professional attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and written and spoken communication in English and Arabic.
  • Able to maintain composure and prioritize work under pressure.
  • Able to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Must be computer literate, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel/ Power Point.
  • Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
