Key Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee all financial operations of the company or organization
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that all financial resources are allocated appropriately
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders
Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and best practices.

Requirements and Competencies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
CPA certification preferred
At least 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with financial software and systems
Competencies
Financial statement analysis
Good knowledge in Financial management and budgets and accounting
Strong knowledge of the principles of organisation and administration
Ability to produce accurate and well documented reports
Good analytical skills
