Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the project budget and ensuring the effective and efficient application of the project activities in conformance with the predetermined timeline. Moreover, the Project Coordinator will liaise between the SBT and KAD teams and the donor to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the project progress and emerging opportunities / risks.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent SBT and KAD teams in front of the donor and other stakeholders;
- Review training outcomes and map out course activities and assessments;
- Ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of project activities to meet project deliverables in compliance with the project budget and timeline;
- Work closely with all team members to ensure a smooth project implementation;
- Attend project trainings and collect attendance sheets;
- Follow up on the project progress on monthly basis to identify any emerging opportunities / risks;
- Work closely with the Accounting Manager to track the project budget and expenses;
- Follow up with trainers and manage workflow to ensure that training material and reports are received on time;
- Follow up on project administration and logistics such as procurement, payment schedules etc.; and
- Report back on project progress to the donor.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent;
- Proven 2 years of experience in project coordination;
- Previous experience in livelihood; and
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
