وظيفة شاغرة مطلوب موظف/ة call center operator
A reputable company in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Call Center Operator.
Main requirements:
1. Fluency both in oral and written Arabic and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
2. Excellent computer skills: – use of Microsoft MS Suite especially word, excel and PowerPoint; CRM systems; e-mail correspondence and internet security sensitivity.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, especially with people from different cultural backgrounds.
4. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
5. Some operators must have skills on psychosocial support. Previous experience in handling, escalation and referral of sensitive protection cases like gender-based violence is desirable.
6. Strong work-ethic, ability to work with minimal supervision and self-motivated.
7. Ability to handle large-scale call traffic.
8. Commitment to Integrity and Ethical conduct.
9. Organizational and planning skills.
10. Resilience to working in stressful conditions.
11. Previous working experience with vulnerable population in Lebanon is preferred although not mandatory.
