Peace of Art is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sports Trainer who is based near Ain, Baalbeck-Hermel.
The training will be implemented in Peace of Art’s office in Ain, Baalbeck-Hermel, and in person.
Job Description:
- Conducting training sessions: Design and implement effective training programs, tailored to the individual needs of young participants (Of ages between 14 and 24) across basketball, volleyball and football.
- Skill enhancement: Focus on improving young participants' technical abilities, tactical awareness, and mental resilience through innovative training methods.
- Performance analysis: Utilize non-violent communication skills and performance analysis tools to evaluate participants' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide personalized feedback as well as to build stronger bonding and break barriers between the participants.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with other coaches, team managers, and support staff to create a holistic training environment that maximizes each participant’s potential.
- Preparing and setting pre-post tests.
- Use continuous improvement processes and tools to make interactive sessions and to continuously evaluate progress.
- Prepare and share a training curriculum with detailed lesson plans and objectives.
- The trainer will be required to be present in person in Peace of Art’s space in Ain on a weekly basis.
- The trainer is required to work with young participants of diverse religious, gender-based and nationality backgrounds.
Job Requirements
– Minimum 4-6 year(s) practice as a sport trainer
– Knowledge of best practices and methodologies in the sector
– Apply different methods for the improvement of participants
