1. Facilitating learning and development
2. Fostering positive relationships
3. Assessing and monitoring progress
4. Providing instructional support
5. Establishing and enforcing rules of behavior for students in the classroom
6. Preparing lessons, units and projects to complete learning objectives
7. Establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units and projects
8. Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students
9. Encouraging students to explore learning opportunities and career paths
10. Creating, assigning and grading various assessments for students, including assessments
11. Working with students one-on-one when they need extra help or attention
12. Tracking and evaluating student academic progress
13. Leading parent-teacher meetings
14. Maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, coworkers and supervisors
15. Managing student behavior
16. Creating a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment
17. Communicating regularly with parents
18. Helping students improve study methods and habits
19. Administering all kinds of assessments to evaluate students’ progress

22. Should attend any kind of training, workshop and meetings under any circumstances
Personality Traits Requirements:
– Proven experience as a teacher
– Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with
a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures
– Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
– Well-organized and committed
– Creative and energetic
– Strong moral values and discipline
– Knowledge of the CPR
