6. Preparing lessons, units and projects to complete learning objectives
7. Establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units and projects
8. Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students
9. Encouraging students to explore learning opportunities and career paths
10. Creating, assigning and grading various assessments for students, including assessments
11. Working with students one-on-one when they need extra help or attention
12. Tracking and evaluating student academic progress
13. Leading parent-teacher meetings
14. Maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, coworkers and supervisors
15. Managing student behavior
16. Creating a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment

19. Administering all kinds of assessments to evaluate students’ progress
20. Responsible for the individual plan upon need
21. Responsible for creating additional activities for CWDs
22. Should attend any kind of training, workshop and meetings under any circumstances

– Proven experience as a teacher
– Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with

– Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills

– Knowledge of the CPR
