وظيفة خالية: مطلوب مسؤول عن الاتصالات – Communication Officer للعمل بدوام جزئي مع Dot Lebanon Ngo

As a part-time Communication Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans & strategies, managing media relations, producing highly engaging content, and coordinating communication activities to enhance the visibility and impact of our organization. You will work closely with internal teams and external concerned stakeholders to ensure effective communication and messaging aligned with our mission and goals.
Creative Coordination:
- Create and manage content for various communication channels, including websites, social media platforms as well as annual reports
- Develop Photography and Videography Animation briefs for on-site jobs and testimonial and coordinate shoots and animators for content and branding alignment
- Develop Graphic Design and Creative Briefs/ Follow up for timely delivery of material and adherence to deadlines
- Use visual and multimedia elements effectively to enhance storytelling
- Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and innovative communication strategies to continuously improve the organization's communication initiatives.
Social Media Coordination & Execution:
- Develop monthly content calendars for social media
- Have creative coordination with DOTLebanon’s Graphic Designer on the designs of campaigns for social media
- Track content and campaigns performance and application of Campaign Optimization Tactics
- Develop and implement Social Media Strategy and Digital Engagement Plans
- Coordinate with the field teams to identify and write success stories
- Community Management on Social Media
- Develop captions for social media posts
- Develop an email strategy to maintain an optimized communication with all organization stakeholders
- Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback from stakeholders while coordinating with DOTLebanon’s Country Director
Digital Coordination & Execution:
- Maintain & Update Website content / Coordinate with Web Developers for Tactical Landing pages
- Launch online surveys and follow up on target results
- Create targeted E-mail marketing strategies utilizing insights
- Offline Media Coordination & Execution
- Develop ATL and BTL marketing strategies
- Coordinate for Offline Media Buying Campaigns
PR/Events:
- Coordination of networking/Promotional events, including the development and implementation of detailed action plans.
- Organize and promote events, conferences, and campaigns to raise awareness, visibility, and engage stakeholders
- Represent the organization at relevant & national events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, donors and other stakeholders to strengthen collaborations and amplify the organization's reach and impact.
- Coordinate communication activities and campaigns with partner organizations, stakeholders, and supporters.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and participants registration
- Ensure smooth execution of events within allocated budgets and timelines
- Create compelling promotional materials for events, including invitations, programs, brochures, banners, and others.
- Coordinate with DOTLebanon’s Graphic Designer on designs to ensure high-quality production of materials
- Create and distribute Press Releases to communicate important updates and enhance the organization's presence, when needed
Coordination with internal units:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop Annual Report/Impact Report/Success Stories
- Develop visibility materials (Printables, Presentations, Videos, Images, Offers…)
- Review documents and presentations when requested by team members and ensure their alignment with the brand’s guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Monitoring and Evaluation department on the development of reports and updates of collaterals.
- Coordinate with the Learning Unit on the development of learning material and tools (Education Tracks, Brochures, Online content)
- Coordinate with the HR Unit on the development of employee-related materials and programs (IDs, Safeguarding tools, and others) and the launching of new vacancies
- Coordinate with the Procurement Unit on the certificates design and the design of branded materials
- Coordinate with Operations on the development and implementation of campaigns and visibility materials according to projects’ requirements, as well as project partners on the implementation of campaigns.
Budget forecasting and Procurement:
- Set up spending strategies and monitor the communications budgets according to donors’ requirements.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Unit on the provision of visibility items and supplier outreach according to budgets and units’ needs.
- Perform any other tasks relevant to the job requirement.
