The Center Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of an education and CP Center , ensuring that it provides quality services and meets the needs of the community.

He/she will be responsible for the administration and operational implementation including but not limited: overall organization, working hours, sessions schedules, tools and reporting, center running follow up, Communication with community and partners, Teachers and facilitators supervision and management, organizing and follow up buses and transportation, reporting to partner.

The center coordinator will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the center, including managing staff, ensuring that services are delivered on time and according to standards, and monitoring and evaluating performance.

Ensure that the center operates in compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, other humanitarian organizations, and community leaders.

Identify and respond to the needs of the community, including coordinating the delivery of services.

Develop and implement plans and budgets for the center, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.

Provide regular reports to management and other stakeholders on the activities and performance of the center.

Ensure that the center maintains accurate and up-to-date records of its activities, including financial records, staff records, and service delivery records.

Ensure that the center is a safe and secure environment for staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
