Job Summary:
The legal reporting is accountable to the delivery of quality legal reports in timely manner. He/she will be coordinating directly with refugee’s legal unit -focal point and pointing out all trends and challenges faced by the legal team. He/she will be working closely with CL legal team to Compile, consolidate, and analyze field data and Daily monitoring info filled by the team on dynamics.The incumbent is keen to update reporting tools as per donors’ requirements and perform other related duties as assigned by refugee’s legal unit – focal point for the sake of projects development and highlight CL legal team work impact.
MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Activities
- Write weekly, monthly, mid-year, and final year performance reports
- Compile, consolidate, and analyze field data on the project’s implementation and indicators
- Liaise with the to the refugee’s legal unit – focal point regarding amendments to the projects and ad-hoc tasks
- Gather and evaluate relevant data for reports
- Ensure data availability to appropriate people, units and systems within the department
- Develop and create data collection systems: templates & printouts, matrixes & databases
- Daily monitoring info filled by teams on dynamics
- Updating reporting tools as per donors’ requirements
- Monthly meeting with focal points inside the refugee’s legal department to compile trends and challenges
- Daily follow up and coordination with the to the refugee’s legal unit – focal point
- Monitor legal staff monthly achievements versus target, inform the coordinator of refugee’s legal department about the progress of achievements and keep tracking challenges
- Support updating legal Data after the submission of each report
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Generic Duties
- Coordination with to the refugee’s legal unit – focal point

- Coordination with CL IT and IM team
- Resolve CL legal team issues and escalate unsolved ones to the refugee’s legal unit – focal point
- Perform other related duties as assigned by refugee’s legal unit – focal point
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Academic:
- Bachelor degree- development – political science – or other relevant fields
Other Qualifications:
- Communication, writing, analyzing
Related Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in reporting/ administration
- Knowledge in humanitarian sector and challenges faced by refugees in Lebanon
Language skills:
- Arabic – English fluent oral and written skills
Computer Literacy:
- Microsoft office – Word – excel – software
