Major Activities:
- Performs three-way match in comparing invoice with purchase order and goods received note before processing any payment.
- Ensures that all documents are complete with the appropriate supporting documents, reviewed, and approved before processing for payment.
- Defaces all supporting documents with a “PAID” stamp.
- Reviews the supporting documents to ensure that all are complete and filed accordingly.
- Maintains the finance filing system electronically and hard copies.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic operational reports for partners
- Control and monitor the operations and project expenditures and cash flows; prepare the variance analysis report.
- Prepare quarterly spending plans for operations and projects
- Ensure that all financial documents are photocopied monthly.
- Daily follow-up with the accountants in the branches.
- Receives and compiles monthly approved time sheets of staff and sends them for Finance officer’s review and onward submission.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar field
- BA in finance, Accounting
- Knowledge of business ethics and internal control
- Advanced computer skills with extensive experience in accounting software
- Advanced command of the English language, fluency in Arabic
- Experience in the preparation of financial reports, and monitoring of budgets
