The primary objective of the Marketing Trainer is to empower women in agricultural CoOp in Akkar Atika by providing three tailored Marketing sessions. The purpose is to equip the Coop women team with essential skills and strategies, focusing on the Five P's of Marketing, the creation of market strategy, market analysis, and identifying opportunities for cooperative products.

key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on the Five P's of Marketing, marketing Strategy, Market analysis and identifying opportunities in the field of marketing for the CoOp products
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of how each element contributes to a successful marketing strategy.
• Facilitate the creation of effective market strategies tailored to the cooperative's products.
• Guide participants in developing strategies that align with organizational goals and market demands.
• Provide in-depth training on market analysis techniques, including competitor analysis, consumer behavior, and market trends.
• Equip the CoOp Women team with tools to gather and interpret market data effectively.
• Conduct training sessions on identifying opportunities in the field of marketing for cooperative products.
• Foster a proactive mindset within the team to capitalize on emerging trends and market gaps.
• Implement practical exercises and case studies to reinforce theoretical concepts.
