Operational Activities
.Inspecting Beneficiaries' career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.
.Reviewing Beneficiaries personal and educational undertakings and how the manifestation of these might inform their prospective job-related choices.
• Guiding Beneficiaries through the completion of aptitude, personality, and adjacent tests.
• Proposing career-related options that are congruent with your substantiated insights.
• Informing Beneficiaries about potential shortcomings in their skill sets and devising strategies to remedy these.
• Walking Beneficiaries through the process of compiling and restructuring their resumes if needed.
• Pinpointing and informing Beneficiaries of potentially helpful career-related opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on counseling session results and beneficiaries satisfaction.
• Participate in job placements processes, handling HR duties for successful placements.
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Academic:
• Bachelor's degree in social development, human resources, or similar.
Other Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in counseling plus an appropriate license is preferred.
• Experience in proper Classification and archiving of beneficiaries’ files for data protection.
Related Work Experience:
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, meet deadlines and work with attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Project planning, organizing and management techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in team environment
• Excellent reporting, communication, and negotiation skills
Language skills:
• Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic; French is a plus
Computer Literacy:
• Microsoft office
