فرص عمل لدى منظمة LOST: مطلوب عاملين/ت توعية (Outreach Worker)

LOST is seeking to recruit an Outreach Officer in Baalbeck .

^{The main tasks to be completed by the Outreach Officer include but are not limited to:}

• ^{Provision of a clear outreach strategy inclusive of all LOST’s services.}
• ^{Development of a Proper guidance note to be delivered to the field team conducting outreach activities.}
• ^{Provision of a practical and user-friendly method to enable the field team to address challenges encountered in the field and resource mobilization approaches.}
• ^{Provision of one one-on-one support to the outreach field team members in conducting outreach activities}
•  ^{Development of outreach forms}
• ^{Adhere to LEBANESE ORGANIZATION FOR STUDIES AND TRAINING – LOST Code of Conduct and other policies regarding confidentiality and do no harm.}
• ^{Distribution of needed materials from the stock before and during the implementation phase}
• ^{Follow up on the dropout lists}
• ^{Conduct field visits to the participants and meet their parents to discuss with them the project goals}
• ^{Collect data from the outreach team, process them, and give his report to the project manager, and feedback to the team}

^{The outreach worker acquires all outreach criteria from the outreach officer and adheres to it :}

• ^{The outreach worker visits all outreach children and caregivers door-to-door}
• ^{The outreach worker establishes the outreach form, and the registration form and then fills all the needed documents with this data.}
• ^{The outreach worker distributes the books, stationery, and materials to staff and participants.}
• ^{The outreach worker creates the plan of implementation in his area}
• ^{The outreach worker follows up on the dropout beneficiaries and outreaches new ones in case of any.}
• ^{The outreach workers follow up on the transportation process and the distribution of kits.}
• ^{The outreach worker will be the head of the front liners team in each area.}

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Sociology, Social Science or any other related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the education field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members.

Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity.

Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences.

Fluency in English and Arabic.
