Specific responsibilities:
o Supervises and coordinates the center's staff (teachers, outreach workers, volunteers, drivers, and cleaners).
o Coordinates with the Education, CP team, and project coordinator to develop a schedule of activities in the center as well as a method for monitoring their quality and impact.
o Schedule regular meetings with the center's staff to ensure the proper implementation of the program in accordance with the working plan. Works with the staff to periodically review and update the work plan.
o Determines the logistic needs of the centers and acts accordingly to assure that the centers are fully equipped and meet the requirements of the program (make procurement requests, check stock, support the delivery of goods to the centers, etc.).
o Maintains regular contact with local suppliers and providers to obtain quotes for center materials and to assist in the coordination of the daily provision of children's refreshments.
o Maintains and reviews all administrative documents (timesheets, invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and leave records)
o Supports drivers who provide transportation for children accessing the center on a daily basis.
o Collaborates with outreach workers and volunteers to identify children, as well as organize events to promote the work of the center in the local community.
o Acts as a focal point within the local community, and meet with other national and intentional NGO staff to coordinate on educational activities in the region.
o Provide weekly reports to the project coordinator regarding project progress and changes in the local environment.
o Collects all beneficiary data (child registration forms, child attendance forms, child progress forms, etc.)
o Refers cases
o Supports the outreach workers in identifying CP cases.
o Conducts Focus group discussions, and needs assessments.
o Any other duties deemed relevant and assigned by the project coordinator.
