الوصف:
Objectives
The Logistic Assistant will assist ICU in the implementation, management and co-ordination of the mission as follow:
- In close coordination with the Procurement Expert, he/she will support in the organisation and management of suppliers' contracts, including collecting all necessary documentation and ensuring coherent follow-up;
- Assure that the Stock Release Orders, Delivery and Reception Notes are implemented, used and archived correctly. Help/Substitute the Procurement Expert when needed;
- Ensure that all supporting documentation is prepared and filed according to donor/s and ICU procedures;
- Responsible for the Purchase Dossier for all the procurement activities;
- In coordination with the rest of the colleagues in the department be aware of every Logistic Archive (equipment, fleet, etc.). Responsible of the compliance and update of all of them.
- Identification of potential suppliers and/or contractors;
- Cars’ maintenance and car log-book follow up;
- Inventory management and delivery contents checking to verify supplies quality and quantity;
- Filing documents: Contribute to monitoring, maintaining and improving digital and manual filing systems, processes and tools;
Qualifications
Professional knowledge and experience
- Logistic, Administration or other equivalent degree;
- Previous experience in a non-governmental organization is a must;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, organizational software; general and solution-oriented understanding of IT issues;
- Driving licence is a must;

- Team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills, flexible
- Excellent written and spoken English, French is a plus.
