Job Responsibility #1:
Coordination and Implementation (30% of time):
– Coordinate professionally with centers to facilitate the implementation of sessions
– Coordinate with the bus driver to ensure timely arrival of coaches and youth to the center
Job Responsibility #2:
Data Entry and Documents Handling: (30% of time)
– Entering data within set timeframes through ensuring completeness and accuracy Enter data accurately and within set timeframes.
– Manage personal profiles and documents of coaches and youths
– Follow up on means of verifications such as session plans, attendance sheets, receipts and pictures of activities.
– Reach the target of youths throughout the program cycles.
Job Responsibility #3:
Monitoring and reporting: (20% of time)
– Follow up on the daily attendance of both coaches and youths.
– Monitor the daily implementation of sessions by coaches in a professional and organized manner, using the agreed-upon tools and manuals.
– Ensure the safe arrival of youth and coaches to the centers.
– Update the project coordinator on the daily implementation and challenges.
– Submit weekly and monthly reports to the project coordinator.
Job Responsibility #4:
Safeguarding: (15% of time)
– Ensure coaches’ commitment to Nabaa’s protection policies and code of conduct.
– Guarantee the youths’ safety and security on all levels
Job Responsibility #5:
Other duties and responsibilities: (5% of time)
– Performing other relevant duties and responsibility if assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
(A) EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION:
– Bachelor’s Degree in social science or other related field
(B) EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of experience in the field work and project coordination
(C) COMPETENCIES / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES (as needed for performing selected tasks):
– Attentive to details and problem-solving
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
(D) TECHNICAL SKILLS (as needed for performing selected tasks):
– Understanding of adult education principles
– Computer literacy in outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet
– Effective report writing
– Understanding of a community-led process
– Understanding of the concept of livelihood project
– Understanding of child rights and child protection
