الوصف: 

Key responsibilities:

PLANNING

  • Support in the establishment of projects’ proposals and plans including logical framework and work plans;
  • Support operational team in setting monthly plans in accordance with projects’ targets;
  • Ensure the development and utilization of effective planning tools.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION

  • Support in the development of the various monitoring, follow up and reporting systems (such as project M&E plans, Indicator Tracking Table, reporting tools etc.) that will support the use of data for external reporting and decision making processes;
  • Ensure the implementation of the various M&E activities;
  • Ensure and coordinate project targets are being met and oversee the overall monitoring;
  • Clean and compile program related data at different intervals
  • Support the documentation of the project progress through monitoring the availability of the project documents;
  • Support in documenting the success stories captured by the field teams;
  • Conduct observation and monitoring visits, spot checks, and pre-arranged visits to project sites;
  • Ensure that the set monthly plans meet with the project targets;
  • Conduct FGD and KII, transcribe and analyze the data;
  • Support in the execution of program and projects’ evaluation activities (such as setting evaluation methodology, developing data collection tools, collecting and analyzing data and documentation of results)
  • Ensure identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing lessons learned from program implementation and facilitate the incorporation of those lessons into the activity development cycle

REPORTING

  • Contribute in establishing monthly, quarterly, mid-year and annual reports through compiling data from the project team and in accordance with donor requirements;
  • Provide feedback to project team on reporting bottlenecks;
  • Ensure that all relevant data is well captured within the digital reporting system;
  • Support in designing various reporting tools and templates.

 

OTHERS

  • Prepare, update and develop all documents, presentations and tools;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Function Specific Experience

Position Related Competencies:

  • Strong experience in report (internal and external) writing
  • Knowledge in M&E
  • Knowledge in conducting, transcribing and analyzing Key Informant Interviews (KII) and Focus Group Discussions (FGD)
  • Experience in data management
  • Experience in Project Cycle Management
  • Experience in social/ health programs: needs assessment, awareness raising, community based-approach
  • Knowledge of the Geographic Information System in an asset

Industry Related Experience

  • Previous experience in working with NGOs
  • Previous experience if MEAL and PMER
  • Previous experience as an LRC volunteer is an asset
