BACKGROUND:
ASSABIL ASSOCIATION, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SECOURS CATHOLIQUE CARITAS FRANCE, IS ENTERING A CRUCIAL PHASE AIMED AT CAPITALIZING ON LESSONS LEARNED AND GOOD PRACTICES IDENTIFIED DURING THE PILOT PHASE. THESE INSIGHTS ARE PIVOTAL FOR INFORMING FUTURE STRATEGIES, ENHANCING PROJECT EFFICIENCY, AND MAXIMIZING IMPACT.
Objective:
The intern will be responsible for identifying and documenting lessons learned and good practices arising from the pilot phase of capitalization deliverables. This includes analyzing project outcomes, capturing insights, and providing recommendations for future improvements in the following areas: Beirut, Tripoli & Tannourine.
Reporting Structure:
The intern will report directly to the Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lessons Learned and Good Practices Documentation:
- Conduct a thorough review of project documentation, reports, and relevant materials from the pilot phase.
- Identify key lessons learned and good practices related to project implementation, challenges, and successes.
- Document findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Analysis and Synthesis:
- Analyze the identified lessons and practices to distill actionable insights.
- Synthesize information into comprehensive reports or presentations.
- Recommendations:
- Provide practical recommendations based on the lessons learned and good practices.
- Suggest ways to enhance project effectiveness and impact.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project team members, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights.
- Participate in relevant meetings and discussions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., development studies, social sciences, business administration) or fresh graduated.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and writing abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
