LOST is seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator/Manager .
The Project Manager works closely with project team members, leading the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of activities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee and track project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Coordinate, attend, and actively engage in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on key actions and decisions arising from meetings.
- Prepare and organize presentation materials for various project-related sessions.
- Ensure strict adherence to project deadlines.
- Identify and communicate necessary project changes.
- Provide essential administrative support as required.
- Execute project tasks as assigned.
- Formulate comprehensive project strategies.
- Ensure projects comply with established frameworks, maintaining accurate documentation for each project.
- Evaluate project risks and issues, offering viable solutions when applicable.
- Manage stakeholder perspectives toward optimal project outcomes.
- Chair and facilitate meetings when appropriate, ensuring distribution of meeting minutes to all project team members.
- Establish and maintain a project management calendar outlining goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science , Business Management, Sociology, or any other related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
