– Respond to hotline calls, providing information and support on addiction issues.
– Conduct comprehensive assessments of the beneficiary.
– While conducting motivational interviewing, provide an explanation of addiction issues and treatment programs to the beneficiary.
– Evaluate beneficiaries conditions and coordinate with the team to make care decisions.
– Visit beneficiaries in hospitals during detox to assess and support their progress.
– Advise families and direct them to appropriate support services.
– Document daily activities and beneficiaries interactions.
– Prepare and manage beneficiaries files and coordinate necessary documentation.
– Conduct educational outreach to raise awareness about addiction and support services.
