Under Nafaal Project (Funded by Al Ghoureir Association) LOST is seeking to recruit a Finance trainer to provide training for targeted beneficiaries in Taalabeya/ Qabelias.
Job Description:
- Conduct training sessions on finance for youth, focusing on functional skills relevant to everyday financial management.
- Utilize existing curriculum materials to structure lesson plans and teaching activities, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and participant needs.
- Administer tests and exams to assess participants' understanding and proficiency in financial concepts and skills.
- Develop assessment tools and criteria to evaluate participants' comprehension and application of financial knowledge.
- Provide constructive feedback based on test results, identifying areas for improvement and offering additional support as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of test scores, exam results, and participant performance, ensuring transparency and accountability in the assessment process.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to evaluate the effectiveness of the finance training program and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Finance or any other related field
- 5 years of experience is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members
- Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity
- Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences
- Fluency in English and Arabic
