Under Nafaal Project (Funded by Al Ghoureir Association) LOST is seeking to recruit an IT trainer to provide training for the targeted beneficiaries in Taalabeya/ Qabelias.
Job Description:
- Lead IT training sessions to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge in the field of information technology.
- Create lesson plans and teaching activities using existing curriculum materials, focusing on key IT concepts and practical applications.
- Conduct tests and exams to evaluate participants' understanding and proficiency in IT areas such as hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Develop assessment tools and criteria to measure participants' performance and mastery of IT skills and concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback based on test results, highlighting areas for improvement and offering additional support as needed.
- Keep accurate records of test scores, exam results, and participant performance, ensuring accountability and transparency in the assessment process.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in IT or other related field
- 5 years of experience is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members
- Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity
- Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences
- Fluency in English and Arabic
