Under the DAAM Project (funded by Expertise France), LOST aims to enhance the capabilities of local authorities' staff and members of selected municipalities. LOST is seeking to recruit trainers to train selected municipal members and staff on assessment-based technical skills, including Solar Systems for the following municipalities: Labwe, Tawfiqie, Chlifa, Boudai, Saaidi, Masnaa Al Zohra, Maaraboun, Douris, Hawsh Tal Safiye, and Makneh.
Job description:
- Develop a comprehensive training program, including materials, forms, exercises, and presentations.
- Conduct pre and post-tests.
- Take attendance.
- Collaborate with the project team and partners to adapt the curriculum as required.
- Deliver training workshops to the targeted municipalities.
- Attend meetings with Project Management.
- Prepare a comprehensive training report, summarizing all outputs, observations, recommendations, and results analysis.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Masters in related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members.
- Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity.
- Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
NB: LOST has zero tolerance for Sexual Exploitation and Abuse of beneficiaries.
