The Opportunity
Under the overall supervision of MEAL Coordinator, the MEAL officer will be responsible for undertaking coordination efforts related to monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning across the Lebanon country programs. The MEAL officer will work closely with MEAL team and program teams.
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
- University Degree in social sciences or equivalent.
- SPSS, STATA, or R experience.
- Experience and knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and Learning approach and system.
- Skills in designing and implementing information management and performance measurement frameworks.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Arabic and English.
