**الوصف الوظيفي:**
**المهام:**
– إجراء التوعية في جميع المواقع المحددة مسبقاً.
– تسجيل الأطفال في جميع مهام ODK أو المهام الميدانية.
– تحميل البيانات على الخادم يومياً.
– متابعة حضور الأطفال على أساس أسبوعي.
– إجراء جلسات توعية لأولياء الأمور حول التربية الإيجابية ومواضيع أخرى.
– رسم خريطة للمدارس والخدمات التعليمية الأخرى في المنطقة.
– دعم إحالة الأطفال إلى التعليم الرسمي أو خدمات تعليمية أخرى.
– تقديم تقارير عن التحديات التي تم مواجهتها، وأفضل الممارسات، والتوصيات للبرنامج.
– المشاركة في التدريب ذات الصلة بما في ذلك التعرف الآمن والإحالات، وحماية الأطفال.
**المؤهلات والمتطلبات:**
– يجب على المتطوع أن يكون لديه معرفة جيدة ومن familiarity بالمنطقة المستهدفة، بما في ذلك المجتمع المحلي والعادات والسلوكيات العامة والخاصة، وأصحاب المصلحة، والنقاط المحورية أو القادة المحليين داخل المجتمع، وتوزيع السكان الضعفاء في مناطق محددة.
– بالنسبة لبرنامج اليونيسف، يُفضل أن يعيش المتطوع بالقرب من المركز الذي يتم فيه تنفيذ البرنامج.
– يجب أن يكون المتطوع ماهراً في استخدام Excel وWord.
– **مهارات التواصل:** يجب أن يكون المتطوع قادراً على التواصل بفعالية، شفوياً وكتابة، وأن يكون قادراً على التعبير بوضوح، ويكون مستمعاً جيداً، وقادراً على بناء علاقات إيجابية وبناء الثقة مع الأشخاص على جميع المستويات.
– **مهارات التخطيط:** يجب أن يكون المتطوع قادراً على تطوير واحترام خطط العمل، والعمل بشكل مستقل، وإدارة الوقت بفعالية، والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية، وتخطيط الزيارات المنزلية.
– **الوعي الاجتماعي:** يجب أن يكون المتطوع واعياً اجتماعياً بحالة المنطقة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وكيفية تأثيرها على تسجيل الأطفال وحضورهم في التعليم.

- Conduct outreach in all pre-identified locations
- Register children on all ODK or field tasks.
- Upload data on the server daily.
- Follow up on the attendance of children on a weekly basis.
- Conduct awareness sessions for caregivers on positive parenting and other topics.
- Map out schools and other educational services in the area.
- Support in the referral of children to formal education or other educational services.
- Report on challenges encountered, good practices, and recommendations for the program
- Participate in relevant training including safe identification and referrals, child safeguarding
- The volunteer must have a good knowledge of and familiarity with the target areas, including the local community and population habits and behaviors, public and private stakeholders, focal points or local leaders within the community, and concentration of vulnerable populations in specific areas.
- Specifically for UNICEF it is preferable that the volunteer live close to the center where the program is implemented.
- The volunteer must be skilled in the use of Excel and Word.
- Communication skills: The volunteer should be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly articulate information, be a good listener and be able to establish positive relationships and build trust with people at all levels.
- Planning skills: The volunteer should be able to develop and respect work plans, work independently, manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and plan house visits.
Social consciousness: The volunteer should be socially aware of the socio-economic situation of the area and how it can affect children’s enrolment in and attendance of education.
