**ملخص الوظيفة:**
سيتولى معلم/ة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مسؤولية تصميم وتنفيذ ومتابعة برامج تعليمية فردية للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. يركز هذا الدور على توجيه وتشجيع الطلاب لتحقيق إمكاناتهم الأكاديمية في بيئة تعليمية داعمة.
**المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
**المهام التشغيلية:**
– تحديد احتياجات الطلاب من خلال التقييمات الرسمية وغير الرسمية.
– تطوير أهداف تعليمية مناسبة لكل طالب.
– ضمان الامتثال للقوانين والسياسات وحقوق الطفل، واتباع سياسات حماية الطفل الخاصة بكاريتاس لبنان.
– التعاون مع المعالجين بشأن احتياجات الطلاب التعليمية والاجتماعية والعاطفية والبدنية.
– إنشاء وتنفيذ خطط تعليمية فردية مخصصة لكل طالب.
– تصميم استراتيجيات تدريس فعالة وإعداد المواد التعليمية وخطط الدروس.
– استخدام التكنولوجيا ذات الصلة لدعم وتفريق التعليم.
– الحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع المعلمين والمعالجين ومنسق المركز.
– تطبيق أساليب التعليم المناسبة لتلبية احتياجات الطلاب.
– متابعة وتقييم وتوثيق تقدم الطلاب باستخدام أدوات التقييم المناسبة.
– إعداد تقارير مناسبة وفي الوقت المحدد حول تقدم كل طالب.
– تطوير تدخلات لدعم تحقيق أهداف الطلاب وتكييف البرامج التعليمية لتلبية احتياجاتهم الخاصة.
– التواصل بانتظام مع أولياء الأمور لدعم الأهداف التعليمية والمعايير السلوكية.
– الحفاظ على انضباط الصف وتنظيمه لضمان بيئة تعليمية آمنة وفعالة.
– إدارة سلوك الطلاب وتحضيرهم للدمج والانتقال إلى التعليم التقليدي.
– متابعة أحدث الممارسات والاتجاهات في مجال التعليم الخاص.
**المهام العامة:**
– الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات كاريتاس لبنان التشغيلية.
– احترام السياسات الداخلية مثل قواعد اللباس والحضور والانضباط.
– إعداد الجداول الزمنية ومخططات الأنشطة ومعالجة مشكلات توفر الموظفين.
– حل مشكلات الموظفين وتصعيد القضايا غير المحلولة إلى منسق المركز.
– أداء أي مهام ذات صلة كما يطلب المدير.
**معرفة الوظيفة:**
**المؤهلات الأكاديمية:**
– درجة بكالوريوس في التعليم.
– دبلوم تدريس.
**المؤهلات الأخرى:**
– مهارات قوية في التواصل والكتابة والتحليل والتفاوض.
– القدرة على العمل مع المستفيدين من خلفيات متنوعة.
**التدريب الإضافي:**
– الخبرة في العمل مع الفئات الضعيفة مفضلة.
**الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة:**
– من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك مع الأطفال في الفئات الضعيفة.
**مهارات اللغة:**
– إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
**مهارات الكمبيوتر:**
– إجادة استخدام MS Word وMS Excel على مستوى متوسط.

JOB SUMMARY
The Teacher is responsible to plan, organize and implement an appropriate individualized educational service, instructional program for special needs students in a learning environment that guides and encourages them to develop and fulfil their academic potential.
MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Duties
- •Identify the needs of assigned students through formal and informal assessments
- •Develop appropriate educational goals and objectives for each student
- •Ensure compliance with all laws, hierarchy, policies and regulations, child rights and Caritas Lebanon child protection policy and Handbook
- •Confer with therapists regarding the educational, social, emotional, physical needs and objectives of each student
- •Plan, develop and implement individualized learning plans for each student
- •Design appropriate teaching strategies
- •Prepare a variety of instructional materials, lesson plans and resources for use in educational activities
- •Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction
- •Maintain positive, cooperative and mutually supportive relationships with teachers, therapists and center coordinator
- •Utilize appropriate methods of learning delivery to meet students’ needs
- •Monitor, evaluate and document each student’s progress utilizing appropriate measurements and assessment devices
- •Prepare timely appropriate reports for each student
- •Develop and implement necessary interventions to promote achievement of students’ objectives
- •Modify and adapt conventional educational programs to meet the requirements of students with special needs
- •Perform all related work delegated or required to accomplish the objectives of the total center program
- •Maintain regular communication with parents and assist them with understanding and supporting educational objectives, learning expectations, and behavioral standards
- •Ensure adherence to reasonable rules of classroom discipline and order to maintain a secure and effective learning environment
- •Manage student behavior through monitoring, supervising, assessing behavioral patterns and personal development skills
- •Prepare students with special needs for inclusion and transition to mainstream
- •Maintain a current knowledge of special education best practices and trends

Generic Duties
- •Follow Caritas Lebanon operational policy and procedures
- •Respect the internal policies and procedures for example: dress code, attendance, discipline, etc.
- •Complete schedules, activity planners, monitor staff availability and act against any shortfalls
- •Resolve any staff issues and escalate any unresolved issue to the Center Coordinator
- • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
