**نبذة عن البرنامج:**
يهدف برنامج حماية الأطفال إلى تقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للأطفال ومقدمي الرعاية لهم، لتعزيز مرونتهم وتعليمهم آليات التأقلم الإيجابية لمواجهة الأوضاع الصعبة والأحداث المجهدة. يضمن البرنامج دعم وحماية الأفراد الضعفاء لابقائهم بأمان. سيعمل الأخصائي الاجتماعي تحت إشراف منسق الميدان، مع التنسيق اللازم مع منسق البرنامج وموظف حماية الأطفال في المهام المطلوبة والمعينة. سيكون الأخصائي الاجتماعي جزءًا من فريق حماية الأطفال ومقره في مركز أمل.
**الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
– العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق الحماية لتطوير وقيادة أنشطة المشروع.
– المشاركة في قيادة مجموعات المجتمع في أنشطة التنمية الشخصية ومبادرات التنمية المجتمعية.
– دعم الفريق في إجراء التوعية للمستفيدين بين الفئات المستهدفة للأنشطة المختلفة.
– تخطيط وتنفيذ جلسات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، جلسات المهارات الحياتية، وجلسات التوعية للمستفيدين في مراكز المجتمع وعلى مستوى الميدان. بالإضافة إلى تسجيل وملء جميع أدوات المتابعة والتقييم المتعلقة بأنشطة المشروع.
– تحضير وتنفيذ الأنشطة الترفيهية للمشاركين المستهدفين.
– ضمان التعرف الآمن والتحويل للمستفيدين إلى الخدمات الداخلية والخارجية.
– إعداد وتقديم تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية ووثائق الأنشطة في الوقت المناسب، وتقديم التقارير مباشرة إلى نقطة الاتصال الخاصة بالمتابعة والتقييم.
– متابعة جميع المواد والمعدات اللازمة لكل نشاط.
– إجراء متابعة منتظمة ومراقبة ومراجعة حالات الضعف.
**واجبات أخرى:**
– تعبئة والمشاركة في الأنشطة المجتمعية المختلفة.
– ضمان التنسيق بين مراكز أمل.
– حضور والمشاركة في التدريب المحلي وبناء القدرات على مدار العام.
– إكمال جميع الدورات التدريبية عبر الإنترنت المطلوبة من منسق البرنامج على مدار العام.
– التواجد لحضور والمشاركة في الاجتماعات الداخلية والخارجية.
– الاجتماعات مع موظفي البرنامج الآخرين حسب الحاجة.
– متابعة جدول حضور الموظفين يوميًا.
– الحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
– ضمان السرية المطلقة لبيانات ومعلومات المستفيدين.
– الحفاظ على المرونة لتنفيذ أي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالمشروع والتي يطلبها منسق المركز و/أو منسق البرنامج.
– دعم التنسيق مع رؤساء المراكز، الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين ومنسق الميدان، والعمل بشكل وثيق وفعال مع فرق أمل والنقاط الأخرى.
**المؤهلات، المهارات والمتطلبات:**
– درجة الماجستير أو البكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي، علم النفس، العلوم الاجتماعية، الشؤون الإنسانية، التنمية الدولية، أو مجال ذي صلة. درجة الماجستير في دراسات النوع الاجتماعي، العمل الاجتماعي، أو أي مجال أكاديمي ذي صلة مع خبرة واسعة في برامج حماية الأطفال تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
– خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تنفيذ مشاريع الحماية في المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية أو الوطنية.
– معرفة في حماية الأطفال في السياق الإنساني والأدوات الأساسية لحماية الأطفال، وباقة التعرف الآمن والتحويلات، والإرشادات المتعلقة بالتحرش الجنسي والاستغلال.
– مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل ضمن بيئات متعددة الثقافات؛ القدرة على العمل ضمن هيكل فريق أو بشكل مستقل، مرونة، والقدرة على التعامل مع أعباء العمل الضاغطة والعمل مع الموارد المحدودة.
– خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع فئات عمرية متعددة بما في ذلك تقديم التدريبات و/أو الأنشطة التي تستهدف الأطفال والشباب.

Background:
The Child Protection program has the aim of providing psychosocial support for children and their caregivers to enable them improving resilience and promoting positive coping mechanisms, facing hard situations and stressful events and incidents. It ensures that vulnerable people are supported and empowered in order to keep them safe. The Social Worker will work under the supervision of the Field Coordinator with necessary liaison with the Program Coordinator and CP Officer on the required and assigned tasks. The Social Worker will be based in Amel center as part of the Child protection team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
✓ Work closely with the protection team to develop and lead the project activities.
✓ Participate in and lead community groups in personal development activities and community development initiatives.
✓ Support the team in conducting an outreach for beneficiaries among targeted populations for the different activities.
✓ Plan and conduct psycho-social support sessions, life skills sessions, and awareness sessions for beneficiaries at the community centers and outreach field level. Alongside with registering and filling all the monitoring and evaluation tools related to the project activities.
✓ Prepare and conduct recreational activities for the targeted participants.
✓ Ensure safe identification and referral for beneficiaries to internal and external services.
✓ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports and documentation for activities in a timely manner and report directly to M&E focal point.
✓ Keep track of all material and equipment needed for each activity.
✓ Regular follow up, monitor and review of cases’ vulnerabilities.
Other Duties:
✓ Mobilize and participate in the various community-based activities;
✓ Ensure coordination between the centers of AMEL;
✓ Attend and participate in local and capacity-building training throughout the year;
✓ Complete all online courses requested from the program coordinator throughout the year;
✓ Be available to attend and participate in internal and external meetings;
✓ Meetings with other program staff are required and will be on a timely basis;
✓ Ensure following up the attendance sheet for the staff on a daily basis;
✓ Maintain positive relations with other team members;
✓ Ensure the utmost confidentiality of the beneficiary's data and information;
✓ Maintain flexibility to apply and undertake any other task related the project, and required by the center coordinator and/or program coordinator;
✓ Support in coordinating with, head of centers, social workers and field coordinator as well as works closely and effectively with Amel teams and other focal points;
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
– Master’s or bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, social sciences, Humanitarian Affairs, International Development, or another relevant field. Master’s Degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, or other relevant academic field with extensive experience in CP programs is a plus.
– At least 3 years practical experience in implementing protection projects at international or national NGOs.
– Knowledge of Child Protection in the humanitarian context and familiarity with the main CP tools, the Package safe identification and referrals, and the guidelines on PSEA.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within multi-cultural environments; ability to work within a team structure or independently, flexible, and can cope with stressful workloads and working with limited resources.
– Demonstrated experience working with multiple age ranges including facilitating trainings
and/or activities targeting children and youth.
