صرح جنرال إسرائيلي سابق، اليوم الأحد، بأنه حان وقت الحرب الإسرائيلية على حزب الله والأراضي اللبنانية ككل.
ونقلت الإذاعة الإسرائيلية، صباح اليوم الأحد، عن الجنرال احتياط حازي نحما، أحد قادة ملتقى قادة الاحتياط والمقاتلين الإسرائيليين، أن الوقت قد حان للحرب في الشمال، وأنه كان من الخطأ عدم محاربة حزب الله، حتى الآن، على حد زعمه.
وأوضح الجنرال الإسرائيلي أنه لن يكون هناك مفر من الحرب البرية في الجنوب حتى يمكن الدفع بحزب الله إلى شمالي نهر الليطاني، داعيا إلى تغيير المعادلة أمام الحزب، بدعوى مهاجمة الجيش الإسرائيلي للأراضي اللبنانية واستهدافها وتدميرها وعدم الاكتفاء باستهداف عناصر وأهداف الحزب فقط.
تأتي هذه التصريحات على خلفية شَّن الجيش الإسرائيلي “ضربات استباقية” صباح اليوم، على لبنان لمنع “هجوم كبير” من “حزب الله”، الذي رد بدوره بإطلاق 100 صاروخ على شمال إسرائيل.
فيما أعلن “حزب الله” في بيان بدء الهجوم على إسرائيل، ردا على عملية اغتيال القيادي الكبير في الحزب فؤاد شكر، مؤكدا استهداف “هدف عسكري إسرائيلي نوعي سيعلن عنه لاحقاً”، وفق البيان، وفي المقابل، أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي تنفيذ عشرات عمليات الاعتراض لصواريخ عبرت من لبنان نحو إسرائيل.
ويتواصل الاستهداف المتبادل جنوبي لبنان، بين “حزب الله” من جهة والجيش الإسرائيلي من جهة أخرى، منذ اندلاع الحرب الإسرائيلية على غزة، في السابع من تشرين الأول الماضي، حيث يتبادل الجانبان القصف عبر الحدود بشكل شبه يومي.
إلا أن حدة التوترات تصاعدت، في الآونة الأخيرة، إلى حد كبير متزامنة مع تهديدات إسرائيلية من شن هجوم موسع على الجبهة الشمالية مع لبنان.
