**المسؤوليات الأساسية:**
**1. التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتنفيذ البرامج والتسليم (60% من الوقت):**
– المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية Right To Play في لبنان من خلال تقديم مدخلات فنية وتفعيل الأولويات التعليمية.
– قيادة تصميم وتطوير استراتيجيات برامج التعليم بالتنسيق مع المتخصصين العالميين في التعليم لضمان التوافق مع نظرية التغيير العالمية لـ Right To Play.
– الإشراف على التخطيط الفني ومراقبة برامج التعليم بما يتماشى مع خطة العمل الوطنية، وخطط وزارة التربية والتعليم، ومتطلبات المانحين.
– المساعدة في إنشاء مقترحات المشاريع الجديدة والملاحظات المفاهيمية التي تركز على التعليم.
– تحديد وتطوير شراكات جديدة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية بالتعليم، والمنظمات المجتمعية، والمجتمعات.
– ضمان معالجة ومراقبة قضايا المساواة بين الجنسين، والشمول، وحماية الأطفال، والحفاظ على سلامتهم، والمساءلة، والمخاطر، والضعف في جميع برامج التعليم.

– توثيق الدروس المستفادة وأفضل الممارسات بانتظام ومشاركتها مع فريق البرامج وأصحاب المصلحة.
– التعاون مع ضابط المراقبة والتقييم والتعلم لتطوير أنظمة وأدوات لمراقبة وتقييم برامج التعليم.
– الإشراف على تطبيق المعرفة الفنية خلال التدريبات والجلسات لإثراء تطوير البرامج.
**2. التمثيل والمناصرة والمشاركة السياسية (25% من الوقت):**
– قيادة جهود المناصرة والسياسة في قطاع التعليم بالتنسيق مع مدير البرنامج ومدير البلد من خلال المشاركة في المنتديات الوطنية، مجموعات العمل الفنية، ومنصات التنسيق الرئيسية.
– تمثيل Right To Play في مختلف المنصات والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع الحكومات وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
– تحديث تحليلات أصحاب المصلحة بانتظام لضمان مشاركة Right To Play وظهورها مع الجهات الفاعلة الأكثر تأثيرًا في القطاع.
– تنسيق الأبحاث والتدخلات المناصرة المتعلقة بالبرنامج على المستويين الوطني والدولي، باستخدام بيانات التدخلات المدرسية لدعم تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات الوطنية.

– تقديم مدخلات فنية للاستراتيجيات والسياسات العالمية المتعلقة ببرامج التعليم لضمان انعكاس تجربة البلاد والواقع المحلي.
– الإشراف على خطط التفاعل مع الشركاء الممنوحين وقيادة التطوير الفني والمواضيعي وفقًا لذلك.
– تعزيز الوجود على منصات التعلم الرقمي (التعلم عبر الإنترنت).
– تعزيز معرفة المندوبين والقيم من خلال تمثيل مسؤول لـ Right To Play بين جميع أصحاب المصلحة والشركاء المحتملين.
**3. دعم بناء القدرات (10% من الوقت):**
– التأكد من أن موظفي البلد (مدير المشروع والمنسقين) يتلقون الدعم الفني والمعرفي اللازم لتنفيذ التدخلات التعليمية.
– إجراء زيارات ميدانية بانتظام لتقديم الدعم الفني لفرق البرامج.

**التعليم/التدريب/الشهادات:**
– درجة الماجستير في التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة؛ أو مزيج معادل من التعليم والخبرة.
**الخبرة:**
– 5 سنوات من الخبرة في تصميم وتنفيذ برامج التعليم في الأوضاع الإنسانية و/أو التنموية.
– خبرة في تقديم التوجيه الفني بشأن برامج التعليم الأساسية والتواصل مع المسؤولين الحكوميين.
– مهارات مثبتة في تصميم البرامج، والتخطيط، وكتابة التقارير، وبناء الشبكات، والتمثيل، وبناء الشراكات.

**Job Description: Education Specialist**
**Position:** Education Specialist
**Organization:** Right To Play

**Job Summary:**
The Education Specialist reports directly to the Program Manager and is responsible for providing technical advice and guidance on the development and implementation of education programs in alignment with the Country Strategic Plan and Right To Play’s global theory of change. This role involves leading the technical design and implementation of education programs, representing Right To Play within the education sector in Lebanon, managing strategic partnerships, and engaging in policy development. The specialist integrates Right To Play’s methodologies into education planning and delivery, collaborates with strategic and implementing partners, and contributes to the development of educational materials and resources. The role also involves providing technical input on performance measurement frameworks and engaging in policy discussions with external stakeholders.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
**1. Strategy and Program Planning, Implementation, and Delivery (60% of time):**
– Contribute to the development and execution of Right To Play Lebanon’s strategy by offering technical input and operationalizing educational priorities.
– Lead the design and development of education program strategies in coordination with Global Education Specialists to ensure alignment with Right To Play’s global theory of change.
– Oversee technical planning and monitoring of education programs in line with the Country Strategic Plan, Ministry of Education plans, and donor requirements.
– Assist in creating education-focused project proposals and concept notes for new initiatives.
– Identify and foster new partnerships with education-focused NGOs, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), and communities.
– Ensure gender equality, inclusion, child protection, safeguarding, accountability, risk, and vulnerability issues are addressed and monitored in education programs.
– Develop curricula and resources for basic education programs (pre-primary and primary), collaborating with the Global Program Quality Team.
– Build networks with Education Specialists in other countries for cross-learning and knowledge sharing.
– Stay updated on new developments and opportunities to improve education outcomes for children.
– Provide technical leadership on the development of teaching and learning materials, training manuals, and educational resources.
– Develop and promote support materials for activity-based learning methods for teachers.
– Conduct needs assessments for training programs for education departments, teachers, and partners.
– Work with teacher training and curriculum development institutions to integrate Right To Play’s methodology into educational content.
– Regularly document lessons learned and best practices and share with the programs team and stakeholders.
– Collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer (MELO) to develop systems and tools for monitoring and evaluating education programs.
– Oversee the application of technical knowledge during training and sessions to inform program development.
**2. Representation, Advocacy, and Policy Engagement (25% of time):**
– Lead advocacy and policy efforts in the education sector, participating in national coordination forums, technical working groups, and key platforms.
– Represent Right To Play in various forums and maintain relationships with governments and relevant stakeholders.
– Update stakeholder analysis and ensure Right To Play’s visibility and engagement with influential sector actors.
– Coordinate research and advocacy efforts, using data from interventions to support policy development and implementation.
– Develop and disseminate Right To Play’s analysis and best practices in education programming through documents and position papers.
– Provide technical input to global strategies and policies related to education programming.
– Oversee engagement plans with sub-granted partners and lead technical and thematic development.
– Enhance presence on digital learning platforms.
– Promote Right To Play’s mandate and values through effective representation among stakeholders and potential partners.
**3. Capacity Building Support (10% of time):**
– Ensure country staff (Project Manager and Coordinators) are supported with necessary technical knowledge and skills.
– Conduct field visits to provide technical support to program teams.
**4. Performs Other Duties as Assigned (5% of time)**
**Education/Training/Certification:**
– Master’s degree in Education or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Experience:**
– 5 years of experience in designing and implementing education programs in humanitarian and/or development settings.
– Experience in providing technical guidance on basic education programs and working with government officials.
– Demonstrated skills in program design, planning, report writing, networking, representation, and partnership building.
– Significant experience in training delivery and development of educational materials and resources.
– Track record in successful business development and fundraising in education.
