المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
جمع البيانات:
- إجراء تقييمات ميدانية ومقابلات مباشرة مع المستفيدين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- إجراء مكالمات هاتفية لجمع البيانات والتحقق من المعلومات حسب الحاجة.
- التأكد من إكمال جميع استمارات الاستبيان وأدوات جمع البيانات بدقة وتمام.
المكالمات الهاتفية:
- إجراء مقابلات هاتفية ومكالمات متابعة لجمع معلومات إضافية أو توضيح الردود.
- الحفاظ على سلوك مهني ومهذب أثناء جميع التفاعلات الهاتفية.
إكمال التقييمات:
- إكمال الاستبيانات الورقية أو الإلكترونية بدقة وفقًا لإرشادات المشروع.
- ضمان تناسق واكتمال جميع الإدخالات، ومعالجة أي تناقضات.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection:
- Conduct face-to-face assessments and interviews with beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
- Make phone calls to collect data and verify information as needed.
- Ensure accurate and thorough completion of all survey forms and data collection tools.
Phone Calls:
- Conduct phone interviews and follow-up calls to gather additional information or clarify responses.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all phone interactions.
Filling Assessments:
- Accurately complete paper-based or electronic surveys according to the project guidelines.
- Ensure all data entries are consistent and complete, and address any discrepancies.
