فرص عمل لدى شبكة عكار للتنمية (Ngo): مطلوب مسؤول/ة تعليم (Education officer)
**مسؤول/ة تعليم**
جمعية AND تعمل حالياً على حماية الأطفال في المناطق الأكثر حرماناً في عكار، من خلال تقديم الدعم التعليمي، الأنشطة اللامنهجية، والتدخلات النفسية والاجتماعية.
**المسؤوليات العامة:**
يشرف مسؤول التعليم على المعلمين المشاركين في مكون التعليم ضمن برنامج SHIELD، ويقوم بتنسيق الأنشطة التعليمية في مراكز التعلم بالتعاون مع فريق التعليم في البرنامج. كما يساهم في ضمان جودة التعليم ودعم فريق الإدارة في تنفيذ الأنشطة اليومية. تشمل مهامه متابعة تنفيذ المناهج، حضور المعلمين، مشاركة المجتمع، وتوفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة.
**المهام الوظيفية:**
– التنسيق مع فريق التعليم في SHIELD لضمان تنفيذ المناهج.
– إعداد ومتابعة جداول الأنشطة الشهرية.
– تقييم احتياجات تدريب المعلمين بناءً على الزيارات الميدانية وجمع البيانات.
– التأكد من استجابة الأنشطة التعليمية لمعايير الجودة.
– متابعة تنفيذ المناهج وحضور المعلمين.
– تقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه للمعلمين من خلال زيارات ميدانية.
– تعزيز قدرات المعلمين على الإدارة الصفية، التعلم الاجتماعي والعاطفي، والتعليم الرقمي.
– تطوير إطار للرصد والتقييم.
– التأكد من دمج مبادئ حماية الطفل في جميع الأنشطة.
– إعداد تقارير شهرية حول أداء المعلمين والأطفال.
– تنفيذ استطلاعات الرضا للأطفال بالتنسيق مع فريق الإدارة.
– تنظيم ورش العمل وتقديم فرص التطوير المهني.
– التنسيق مع فريق الإدارة لتوجيه المشكلات المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال.
– المشاركة في الأنشطة العامة للجمعية عند الحاجة.
**المتطلبات الشخصية:**
– مهارات اتصال اجتماعية قوية.
– مهارات كتابية مميزة.
– إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
– مرونة في العمل والعمل بروح الفريق.
**المتطلبات والشروط:**
– درجة علمية في التعليم أو العلوم الاجتماعية، أو خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال مشابه.
– معرفة جيدة بالنظام التعليمي اللبناني.
– خبرة في المناهج التعليمية الحديثة والمراقبة والتقييم.

**Education Officer**
AND is actively involved in child protection in Akkar, particularly in deprived areas, by providing education support, extracurricular activities, and psychosocial interventions.
**General Responsibilities:**
The Education Officer will oversee and support teachers within the education component of the SHIELD program, coordinating educational activities in community learning centers in collaboration with the SHIELD consortium education team. This role involves ensuring the quality delivery of education, supporting the management team in daily tasks, monitoring curriculum progress, addressing gaps, and promoting community engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Coordinate with the SHIELD education team to ensure proper curriculum implementation.
– Prepare and oversee the monthly activity calendar.
– Assess training needs of teachers through field visits and data collection.
– Ensure that all educational activities meet quality standards.
– Monitor curriculum execution and teacher attendance.
– Conduct classroom observations and provide guidance and technical support to teachers.
– Strengthen teacher capacities in classroom management, social-emotional learning, foundational literacy and numeracy, and digital literacy.
– Assist in developing a monitoring and evaluation framework.
– Integrate child protection principles into all activities.
– Prepare and submit monthly performance reports on teachers and students.
– Conduct baseline and endline surveys for target children in collaboration with the M&E officer.
– Collect data for reports and ensure quality in data collection processes.
– Coordinate workshops and professional development opportunities.
– Organize regular stakeholder meetings.
– Communicate child protection concerns to the management team.
– Collaborate with community focal points, outreach staff, and social workers.
– Support AND’s activities as needed.
**Personal Competencies:**
– Strong communication and social skills.
– Excellent writing skills.
– Proficiency in Arabic and English.
– Flexibility and team-oriented mindset.
**Requirements:**
– Degree in education, social sciences, or related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
– Knowledge of child-centered approaches and modern teaching methods.
– Experience in monitoring and evaluation within educational settings.
– Familiarity with the Lebanese primary education system.
