تسعى منظمة “Save the Children” إلى تعيين ضابط أمن غذائي وسبل العيش لدعم الشركاء في المجتمع المدني في تقديم ومراقبة مشاريع الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش في عكار والشمال اللبناني. سيكون الموظف مقره في الشمال وسيدير المشاريع في عكار والشمال اللبناني، بما في ذلك التدريب القائم على الكفاءات، التدريب المهني، مهارات الشباب الوظيفية، العمل المدفوع نقدًا، التدريب على ريادة الأعمال للشباب والكبار، تطوير الأعمال الصغيرة، التثقيف المالي، تقديم النقد، وتدريب المهارات الحياتية والمهنية للشباب.

**المؤهلات المطلوبة:**

– شهادة في الاقتصاد، المالية، العلاقات الدولية، العلوم الاجتماعية، دراسات التنمية أو مجال مشابه.
– إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
– خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في برامج التنمية، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش، مع تجربة في برامج النقد، ريادة الأعمال وأنشطة التدريب المهني.
– خبرة في العمل مع موظفي الشركاء في المجتمع المدني، بما في ذلك الأنشطة ذات الصلة وبناء القدرات ومراقبة أنشطتهم.
– مهارات جيدة في إدارة الوقت.
– خبرة في جمع البيانات والتحقق منها.
– خبرة في العمل الميداني وتعبئة المجتمع، والتدريب على العمل مع المجتمعات السورية والفلسطينية واللبنانية بشكل خاص.
– مهارات كمبيوتر (خاصة Excel).
– قوة في المهارات الشخصية والتواصل والعرض.
– توجه نحو العمل والحلول.
– مرونة واستعداد لتغيير طرق العمل وساعات العمل، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة غير آمنة.
– القدرة على السفر داخل البلاد.
– خبرة في العمل ضمن منظمة “Save the Children” ميزة.

### **Food Security and Livelihoods Officer – North**

**Exciting Job Opportunity**

Save the Children is seeking to recruit a Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) Officer to support CSO partners in the delivery and monitoring of food security and livelihoods projects in Akkar and Northern Lebanon. The position is based in the North and will manage projects in Akkar and Northern Lebanon, including but not limited to Competency-Based Training, vocational training, youth functional skills, Cash for Work, on-the-job training, entrepreneurship training for youth and adults, small business development, financial literacy, cash provision, and life skills and vocational training for youth.

**Qualifications Required:**

– Degree in Economics, Finance, International Relations, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
– Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in development programs, preferably in food security and livelihoods, with experience in cash programming, entrepreneurship, and vocational training activities.
– Experience working with CSO partners' staff, including in capacity-building activities and monitoring their activities.
– Good time management skills.
– Experience in data collection and validation.
– Fieldwork and community mobilization experience, including coaching on working with Syrian, Palestinian, and Lebanese communities specifically.
– Computer skills (especially Excel).
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
– Action and solutions-oriented.
– Flexibility and willingness to adapt work practices and hours, and capability to work in an insecure environment.
– Available to travel within the country.
– Experience working within Save the Children is a benefit.
