**الوصف الوظيفي:**

يهدف المشروع إلى تلبية الاحتياجات الملحّة، بما في ذلك الاحتياجات الأساسية للحماية، للعاملين المهاجرين الذين يعيشون خارج مراكز العمل وأطفالهم في المناطق المتضررة في جنوب لبنان بسبب الأزمة، بالإضافة إلى المهاجرين الذين تم تهجيرهم إلى بيروت وجبل لبنان بين المجتمعات المضيفة.

**المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:**

– القيام بجهود التواصل مع العمال المهاجرين ورسم الخرائط
– إدارة خط المساعدة الساخن
– إجراء التقييمات الفردية لتحديد احتياجات العمال المهاجرين
– قيادة عمليات الإحالة اللازمة
– دعم توزيع المساعدات العينية
– المساهمة في تنظيم جلسات التوعية والتدريب والفعاليات للمهاجرين
– إعداد التقارير اليومية وإدخال البيانات
– دعم تنسيق مدرسة عامل للمهاجرين
– متابعة جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالبرنامج
– المتابعة مع المهاجرين عند تلقيهم الخدمات المطلوبة
– تنظيم جميع المستندات والتأكد من حفظ الملفات بشكل صحيح

**Job Description:**

The project aims to address the urgent needs, including key protection requirements, of Live-out Migrant Workers and their children in the affected areas of South Lebanon due to the crisis, as well as displaced migrants in Beirut and Mount Lebanon within host communities.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities:**

– Conduct outreach efforts and mapping for migrant workers
– Hotline management
– Perform individual assessments to identify vulnerabilities among migrant workers
– Lead necessary referral processes
– Support in-kind assistance distribution
– Facilitate awareness sessions, trainings, and events for migrant workers
– Perform daily reporting and data entry tasks
– Assist in coordinating Amel’s school for migrants
– Support all program-related activities
– Follow up with migrants receiving needed services
– Organize documentation and maintain proper filing
