مسؤولين لوجستيين (Logistics Officer)
التكليف: تحت إشراف مدير اللوجستيات، يكون مسؤول اللوجستيات مسؤولاً عن متابعة الأصول، المشتريات، إدارة المخزون والمستودعات، دعم تقنية المعلومات، والمساعدة في الأنشطة الأخرى المتعلقة بإدارة اللوجستيات ضمن منطقة تدخل ACTED.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
متابعة الأصول / دعم تقنية المعلومات:
- توفير أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة وملحقات تقنية المعلومات اللازمة للمستجدين.
- ضمان تسجيل جميع أصول ACTED وترقيمها وفقًا لدليل اللوجستيات الخاص بـ ACTED.
- تسليم الأصول للمستخدمين بعد إكمال “نموذج استلام الأصول.”
- التأكد من أن جميع أصول ACTED بحالة جيدة (الأصول المكتبية، أدوات المشاريع، العناصر المكتبية/منزل الضيوف).
- تحديث قائمة الأصول بانتظام.
- التأكد من عمل أنظمة البريد الإلكتروني والمعدات التقنية بشكل صحيح.
- متابعة جميع القضايا المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات مع مستشار تقنية المعلومات وتحديث التقرير الشهري لتقنية المعلومات.
إدارة المخزون/المستودعات:
- تنظيم جميع السلع والمواد وفقًا للمشروع/البرنامج في المخزون.
- التأكد من وجود بطاقات مخزون لجميع المواد وتسجيلها في “تقرير حالة المخزون.”
- الإشراف على عمليات الدخول والخروج من المخزون باستخدام المستندات المناسبة (نموذج طلب المخزون، بوليصة الشحن، قسيمة الاستلام).
- التأكد من سلامة وأمن المخزون/المستودع والمواد المخزنة، وفحص أجهزة الإطفاء والأبواب.
- الحفاظ على تحديث بطاقات المخزون وتقرير حالة المخزون.
المشتريات:
- متابعة أنشطة المشتريات وسلسلة التوريد بالتنسيق مع فريق اللوجستيات.
- مراقبة عمليات التسليم ومتابعة عقود المشتريات.
- دعم شراء جميع احتياجات المشاريع والمكاتب وفقًا لإرشادات المشتريات الخاصة بـ ACTED.
- الحفاظ على تحديث قائمة متابعة نماذج الطلبات.
مراقبة البصمة الكربونية:
- جمع والإبلاغ عن البيانات المتعلقة باستهلاك الكهرباء والوقود وأي معلومات ذات صلة بالبصمة الكربونية.
- تحديث تقرير CAROOT الشهري بالبيانات اللوجستية.
الاتصالات:
- توفير أجهزة الاتصال وأرقام الهواتف للأعضاء الجدد.
- تحديث قائمة الاتصالات بانتظام.
المتطلبات الأساسية:
- درجة علمية في اللوجستيات، إدارة سلسلة التوريد، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان نظم تقنية المعلومات وإدارة الأصول.
- إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office Suite.
- خبرة سابقة في اللوجستيات أو إدارة المخزون أو المشتريات.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، ومهارات تواصل جيدة.
- مهارات حل المشكلات.

Logistics Officer
Assignment: Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Officer is responsible for managing assets, purchasing, stock/warehouse management, IT support, and assisting with other logistic department activities within ACTED's area of intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Follow-ups/IT Support:
- Provide newcomers with laptops and necessary IT accessories.
- Ensure that all ACTED assets are registered, numbered, and coded as per ACTED's Logistics Manual.
- Issue assets to users after completing the “Asset Reception Form.”
- Regularly check and maintain the condition of all ACTED assets (office, guest house items, project tools, etc.).
- Keep the asset list up to date.
- Ensure proper functioning of email systems and IT equipment.
- Coordinate with IT consultants for technical issues and maintain the monthly IT report.
Stock/Warehouse Management:
- Organize all goods and commodities by project/program in the warehouse.
- Ensure that stock cards are available for all items and are recorded in the “Stock Situation Report.”
- Oversee stock IN/OUT processes using appropriate documentation (Stock Request Form, Waybill, Reception Voucher, etc.).
- Ensure that the stock is secure, protected, and regularly inspected, including safety checks like fire extinguisher functionality.
- Keep stock cards and the “Stock Situation Report” up to date.
Procurement:
- Follow-up on procurement and supply chain activities in coordination with the Logistics team.
- Monitor the delivery and follow-up process for procurement contracts.
- Support the procurement of logistical needs for projects and office operations following ACTED procurement guidelines.
- Maintain an updated order form follow-up list.
Carbon Footprint Monitoring:
- Collect and report data related to electricity, fuel consumption, and other relevant carbon footprint information.
- Update the monthly CAROOT with logistics data.
Communication:
- Provide communication devices and phone numbers to new staff members.
- Keep the communication list regularly updated.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in IT systems, asset management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse management, or procurement.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
