الغرض من الوظيفة: تأسست منظمة كير الدولية في لبنان (CIL) في عام 2006 واستجابت لأزمة اللاجئين السوريين منذ عام 2012. تهدف كير إلى تقديم الدعم للسكان الأكثر ضعفاً في لبنان من خلال تنفيذ مشاريع طارئة وتنموية في مجالات الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش والحماية والنوع الاجتماعي والمأوى والمياه والصرف الصحي. تعمل المنظمة في بيروت وجبل لبنان وعكار وشمال لبنان وجنوب لبنان وسهل البقاع، وتساعد كل من المجتمعات المضيفة واللاجئين.
الخط الإداري: تتبع هذه الوظيفة مباشرةً لأخصائي الاتصالات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إنشاء المحتوى: المساعدة في إنشاء وتحرير المحتوى لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي والموقع الإلكتروني وغيره من المنصات.
- العلاقات الإعلامية: دعم أخصائي الاتصالات في إعداد مواد صحفية وصياغة البيانات الصحفية ومتابعة التغطية الإعلامية.
- دعم الفعاليات: المساعدة في تنظيم الفعاليات مثل ورش العمل والمؤتمرات وحملات التوعية العامة.
- الدعم الإداري: تقديم المساعدة الإدارية لأخصائي الاتصالات من خلال تنظيم الملفات، وإدارة المراسلات، وتنسيق الاجتماعات.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- المهارات والمعرفة: معرفة جيدة بأدوات Microsoft Office وبرامج التصميم الجرافيكي مثل Adobe Suite وCanva. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (مع اعتبار إجادة اللغة الفرنسية ميزة إضافية).
- الخبرة: خبرة تتراوح بين 0-1 سنة في مجالات الاتصالات أو التسويق أو المناصرة، ويفضل أن تكون في المنظمات غير الحكومية أو الوكالات العامة.
- التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في مجالات الاتصالات أو التسويق أو العلاقات العامة أو المجال السمعي البصري أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- اللغات: اللغة الإنجليزية و/أو العربية هي لغات العمل الأساسية. معرفة لغات أخرى تعتبر ميزة.
عناصر العقد: يمتد هذا التدريب لمدة تصل إلى 4 أشهر، ويوفر مخصصات للطعام والمواصلات بحد أقصى 16 يوم عمل في الشهر.

Communications Intern
Purpose: CARE International in Lebanon (CIL) established its presence in 2006 and has been actively responding to the Syrian Crisis since 2012. CARE's mission is to serve vulnerable populations in Lebanon, focusing on emergency and development projects that address food security, livelihood, gender protection, shelter, and water, sanitation, and hygiene. The organization operates across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Akkar, North Lebanon, South Lebanon, and the Beqaa Valley, assisting host communities and refugees.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing content for CIL’s website, social media, and other communication platforms (written and audiovisual).
- Media Relations: Prepare press materials, draft press releases, and monitor media coverage to support the communications specialist.
- Event Support: Help in organizing and promoting events, such as workshops, conferences, and public awareness campaigns.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the communications specialist, including organizing files, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Skills & Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools like Adobe Suite and Canva is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic are essential (proficiency in French is a plus).
- Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or advocacy, especially within NGOs or public agencies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Audiovisual, or related fields.
- Languages: English and/or Arabic are required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Contract Elements: This internship lasts up to 4 months and provides an allowance for meals and transportation, with a maximum of 16 working days per month.
