المسؤوليات:

المهام الأساسية:

Registered Nurse Job Description

Position Title: Registered Nurse

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health problems and needs, delivering appropriate medical care.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Manage vaccination plans and programs effectively.
• Provide emergency care as needed and educate beneficiaries on health-related issues.

Key Duties:

• Perform basic nursing activities assigned to patients and assist physicians with primary healthcare tasks, including:
  • Prepare doctors' clinics before and after patient visits, setting up necessary equipment and tools.
  • Welcome and guide beneficiaries upon arrival at the center, directing them to prompt care.
  • Assess the condition of walk-in patients during the triage process.
  • Conduct nursing assessments prior to consultations (vital signs, medical history).
  • Document all relevant patient data in medical records per center standards and communicate findings to the physician.
  • Maintain and accurately enter patient records into electronic files.
  • Administer first aid, including Basic Life Support (BLS) when required, and conduct EKGs, as well as dress wounds and burns.
  • Review and document test results (laboratory, radiology, etc.) and inform physicians and patients of abnormal findings requiring follow-up.
  • Provide health education services to individuals and families, including information on health issues, prevention strategies, and prescribed treatments.
  • Ensure all medical equipment and tools are kept in clean, disinfected, or sterilized condition, ready for use across all health center units:
    • Conduct inventory checks on medical supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage.
    • Ensure appropriate storage of necessary supplies and equipment for clinic and patient care.
    • Regularly maintain medical equipment, checking functionality and readiness, and report any defects or concerns to the direct supervisor.
    • Monitor stock of PPE and medical supplies, ordering missing items as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in primary healthcare is a must.
