**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**

**المساءلة والتعقيد:**
– المساعدة في عملية التحقق والتوزيع في بداية المشروع، مثل ورش العمل، وتحديد الفئة المستهدفة، وتنفيذ الأنشطة.
– تنظيم مجموعات دعم الواجبات المنزلية والجلسات التعليمية التعويضية وفقًا لاحتياجات الطلاب اليومية في كلا المجتمعين.
– إعداد خطط تعليمية تعويضية بناءً على احتياجات الطلاب التعليمية.
– التخطيط للأنشطة اللامنهجية التي تعزز الإبداع والتفاعل الاجتماعي مع الأطفال.
– خلق بيئة صديقة للطفل تتضمن تزيين الفصول، وتوفير الألعاب، وتنظيم الجلسات القصصية الشهرية.
– المشاركة في “نادي الحوار” وقيادة التجمعات المرتبطة به.
– القيام بزيارات ميدانية لأولياء الأمور عند الحاجة لمتابعة حالات الغياب.
– حضور الاجتماعات الخاصة بالموظفين وأي اجتماعات أخرى تطلبها الإدارة.
– المشاركة في التدريبات التي تطلبها الإدارة لتحسين المهارات التعليمية.
– تنظيم وتنفيذ الأنشطة التي تعزز التماسك الاجتماعي مثل الألعاب والاحتفالات اليومية.

**التوثيق والتقارير:**
– متابعة حضور الأطفال يوميًا وإبلاغ المسؤول التعليمي بأي غيابات، مع تقديم تقارير أسبوعية موقعة حول الغياب.
– الإبلاغ عن أي حوادث تحدث داخل الفصل والتفاعل مع الأهالي والطلاب عند الضرورة.
– مساعدة الفريق في جمع الشهادات والنجاحات بالإضافة إلى تقديم الدعم اللازم لجلسات المهارات الحياتية.

**التنسيق والسلوكيات:**
– العمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع الفريق لضمان أن السلوك داخل وخارج مكان العمل يعكس قيم المنظمة بما في ذلك النزاهة والاحترافية.
– الحفاظ على بيئة شاملة ومنفتحة للجميع تضمن التنوع والمساواة في الفرص.

**Education Assistant – Bekaa – Saadnayel**

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Accountability and Complexity:**
– Assist in the validation and distribution process at the start of the project, including workshops, target identification, and activity implementation.
– Conduct Homework Support Groups (HSGs) and remedial education sessions daily, addressing individual student needs in both communities.
– Develop tailored remedial education plans based on each student’s learning requirements.
– Plan extra-curricular activities that foster creativity and social interaction among children.
– Create a child-friendly environment by setting up decorations, playing games, and organizing monthly story-reading sessions.
– Lead and participate in “Dialog Club” gatherings.
– Conduct field visits to caregivers for follow-up, especially in monitoring absenteeism.
– Attend staff meetings and any other meetings as requested by the management team.
– Participate in training sessions to improve teaching skills based on feedback from the Education Technical Lead and Education Center Officer.
– Design and implement Social Cohesion activities, including games and daily celebrations.

**Reporting and Documentation:**
– Monitor and record children’s attendance daily, submitting weekly signed absenteeism reports to the Education Center Officer.
– Identify and refer cases of children at risk to the Education Center Officer.
– Report any classroom incidents and communicate with parents, Education Assistants, and students when needed.
– Assist in collecting midterm and final certificates and drafting success stories for reporting.

**Coordination and Conduct:**
– Support the Mental Health team during life skills sessions when required.
– Ensure professional behavior in and out of the workplace, promoting RI's values of integrity, inclusiveness, and respect for diversity.
– Commit to RI's code of conduct, safeguarding policies, and prevention of exploitation, ensuring respect and dignity for all individuals.
