**سائق – Action Against Hunger**
**الوصف الوظيفي:**
Action Against Hunger هي منظمة غير حكومية دولية، غير سياسية وغير دينية، تأسست في عام 1979 بهدف مكافحة الجوع والمواقف الخطيرة التي تهدد حياة الرجال والنساء والأطفال. يعمل لدى المنظمة أكثر من 500 موظف دولي وحوالي 5,000 موظف محلي في أكثر من 46 دولة، ينفذون مشاريع في مجالات التغذية، الصحة، الأمن الغذائي، والمياه والصرف الصحي.
في لبنان، تستمر الأزمة السورية في خلق ضغوط سياسية واجتماعية واقتصادية بسبب الحرب، مما يزيد من تعرض أكثر من 1.5 مليون لاجئ لمزيد من الهشاشة. رغم هذه الضغوط، حافظت فرقنا على مستويات عالية من الاستجابة الإنسانية والمساعدات في لبنان، مع التركيز على مناطق البقاع والشمال وجنوب البلاد. كما تعمل المنظمة على تعزيز التعاون مع الجهات المحلية والداعمين.
**الأهداف الوظيفية:**
**الهدف 1: القيادة والدعم اللوجستي (60%)**
– اتباع خطة التحركات الأسبوعية وفقاً لطلبات المشروع وتوجيهات مسؤول الأسطول/اللوجستيات.
– فحص حالة المركبة يومياً (الإطارات، الزيت، الوقود، الفرامل، إلخ).
– تعبئة سجل المركبات وتلخيصه شهرياً.
– مسؤول عن تزويد السيارة بالوقود يومياً وتنظيفها أسبوعياً (من الداخل والخارج).
– المساعدة في تحميل وتفريغ الشحنات داخل السيارة.
– المساعدة في توثيق العمليات وفقاً لتعليمات مسؤول الأسطول.
**الهدف 2: الأهداف العامة (20%)**
– الالتزام بميثاق Action Against Hunger وقواعد الأخلاق الداخلية.
– التوفر للعمل في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو خارج أوقات العمل إذا لزم الأمر.
– المشاركة في أي مهام أخرى لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
**الهدف 3: التقارير (20%)**
– إبلاغ مسؤول الأسطول فوراً بأي حادث أمني.
– الالتزام الكامل بقواعد الأمان، بما في ذلك استخدام حزام الأمان وحدود السرعة.
– استشارة مسؤول الأسطول للحصول على تصاريح الأمان قبل الذهاب إلى مناطق محددة.
**الهدف 4: الأمن**
– احترام قواعد الأمن المحددة في خطة الأمان الخاصة بالمهمة.
– التواصل مع مدير الأمن في الموقع لأي معلومات متعلقة بالأمان.
**الهدف 5: دعم الأنشطة الإنسانية**
– دعم التدخلات الطارئة للمنظمة وفقاً لقدرات الموظف.
– دعم أي نشاط يساهم في تحقيق الأهداف الإنسانية للمنظمة.
**الهدف 6: المساواة بين الجنسين والحماية (موضوع شامل)**
– تعزيز بيئات آمنة ومنصفة من خلال معرفة وتطبيق بروتوكول مكافحة التحرش وسياسة المساواة بين الجنسين.
– الالتزام بسياسات الحماية.

**Driver – Action Against Hunger**
**Job Description:**
Action Against Hunger is an international, non-governmental, apolitical, and non-religious organization founded in 1979 with the goal of combating hunger and dangerous situations threatening men, women, and children. Currently, over 500 expatriates and 5,000 local employees are working across more than 46 countries in projects focused on nutrition, health, food security, and water and sanitation.
In Lebanon, the ongoing Syrian crisis continues to exert political, social, and economic pressure, leaving over 1.5 million refugees in a state of vulnerability. Despite this, our teams have maintained high levels of humanitarian response across Lebanon, focusing on the Bekaa, northern, and southern areas, and strengthening partnerships with local authorities and donors.
**Key Objectives:**
**Objective 1: Driving and Logistic (60%)**
– Follow weekly movement plans as directed by the project requests and the fleet manager/logistics officer.
– Conduct daily technical checks of the vehicle (tires, oil, fuel, brakes, etc.).
– Maintain vehicle logs and summarize monthly totals.
– Ensure the car is fueled daily and cleaned weekly (interior and exterior).
– Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
– Support documentation processes as required by the fleet manager.
**Objective 2: General Objective (20%)**
– Adhere to Action Against Hunger’s Charter and internal ethics rules.
– Be available to work on weekends and outside of office hours if necessary.
– Participate in any other tasks to achieve project goals.
**Objective 3: Reporting (20%)**
– Report any security incidents immediately to the fleet manager.
– Comply fully with all Action Against Hunger security rules, including seatbelt use and speed limits.
– Consult with the fleet manager for security clearance in specific areas.
**Objective 4: Security**
– Respect security protocols as outlined in the mission’s security plan.
– Communicate any security-related information to local security managers.
**Objective 5: Humanitarian Support**
– Assist in the organization’s emergency interventions based on individual capacity.
– Support any activity that contributes to achieving humanitarian goals.
**Objective 6: Gender & Safeguarding (Cross-Cutting)**
– Promote safe and equitable environments by adhering to anti-harassment and gender equality protocols.
– Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and promote gender equality in humanitarian work.
