**About FISTA**
FIRST Step Together Association (FISTA) is a non-governmental organization based in North Lebanon, established in 1993. Our mission is to support individuals with cognitive impairments, communication disorders, psycho-motor difficulties, learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, hyperactivity, behavioral issues, and psycho-social challenges. We focus on providing education, vocational training, and professional rehabilitation for people with disabilities while advocating for their rights. FISTA adheres to a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of gifts or favors offered to its staff by suppliers, along with a firm stance against sexual harassment, exploitation, and child abuse. We are committed to thoroughly investigating all allegations and taking appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.

**Position Overview**
The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of FISTA's projects over a fixed period of 10 months. This position requires close collaboration with the FISTA team, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that project objectives are achieved on time and within budget, all while adhering to organizational and donor guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
– Manage and supervise project actions according to specified outcomes and outputs.
– Support the delivery of activities aimed at improving the well-being of the targeted population.
– Track the progress and quality of work performed by the project team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
– Utilize project scheduling and control tools to monitor plans, performance, budgets, and expenditures.
– Ensure timely and cost-effective meeting of patient needs.
– Prepare interim and final reports for donor review.
– Assist in budget preparation and staffing allocations.
– Communicate relevant project information effectively to the project team and stakeholders.
– Develop referral strategies and manage daily new referrals.
– Conduct internal case conferences to discuss complex cases with specialists.
– Update and communicate feedback on cases to relevant agencies and stakeholders.
– Assist the Procurement Officer in reviewing quotations to ensure fair pricing.
– Actively participate in monthly health working group meetings and the Health and Psychosocial Support North Task Force.

**Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in project management, international development, social sciences, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the NGO sector.
– Knowledge of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) processes.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
– Financial management experience and budget proficiency.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Flexibility to engage with diverse stakeholders, including donors and community members.

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة
سيكون منسق المشروع مسؤولًا عن التخطيط الفعال وتنفيذ ومراقبة مشاريع برنامج FISTA لمدة محددة تبلغ 10 أشهر. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة التعاون الوثيق مع فريق FISTA والأطراف المعنية لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة وإشراف تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقًا لمخرجات ووصف المشروع.
• دعم تنفيذ الأنشطة التي تركز على تحسين رفاهية السكان المستهدفين.
• تتبع تقدم وجودة العمل المنجز من قبل فريق المشروع.
• استخدام أدوات جدولة المشروع لمراقبة الخطط والأداء والميزانيات والنفقات.
• ضمان تلبية احتياجات المرضى بطريقة فعالة من حيث التكلفة وفي الوقت المناسب.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية والنهائية ومشاركتها مع الجهات المانحة.
• المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية وجداول التوظيف.
• التواصل الفعال للمعلومات ذات الصلة بالمشروع إلى الفريق المعني وجميع الأطراف المعنية.
• تطوير استراتيجيات الإحالة مع جميع المعنيين.
• المشاركة بنشاط في اجتماعات مجموعة العمل الصحية الشهرية.

المؤهلات

• درجة بكاليوس في إدارة المشاريع أو التنمية الدولية أو العلوم الاجتماعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تنسيق المشاريع، ويفضل أن تكون في القطاع غير الحكومي.
• معرفة وخبرة في عمليات المراقبة والتقييم.
• مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على multitasking في بيئة سريعة.
• خبرة في إدارة الميزانية.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
