Key Responsibilities

1. Stock Management (35%)

   • Ensure compliance with stock management procedures and maintain updated documentation.
   • Monitor stock levels and usage, with attention to expiration dates of food and medicine.
   • Conduct monthly inventory checks and maintain organized stock areas.

2. Quality Control of Storage Conditions (30%)

   • Ensure cleanliness, ventilation, and proper sanitation in storage facilities.
   • Regularly check temperature and humidity levels and report any quality issues to the Logistics Coordinator.

3. Shipment Management (20%)

   • Oversee the examination of deliveries, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
   • Prepare and complete necessary shipping documentation.

4. Procurement and Logistics Support (15%)

   • Assist with procurement processes and maintain organized archiving of documentation.
   • Support the Logistics Manager in supplier assessments and procurement plans.

5. Security Compliance

   • Adhere to security protocols and ensure team compliance with the established security plan.

6. Support Humanitarian Activities

   • Engage in emergency interventions as needed and promote gender equality in humanitarian efforts.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

1. إدارة المخزون (35%)

   • ضمان اتباع إجراءات إدارة المخزون وتحديث الوثائق ذات الصلة.
   • مراقبة مستويات المخزون واستخدامه، مع الانتباه إلى تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية للمواد الغذائية والأدوية.
   • إجراء جولات تفتيش شهرية على المخزون والحفاظ على تنظيم المناطق الخاصة بالمخزون.

2. ضمان جودة ظروف التخزين (30%)

   • التأكد من نظافة المخازن وتهويتها وتعقيمها بانتظام.
   • فحص درجات الحرارة والرطوبة في المخازن والإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات جودة للمنسق اللوجستي.

3. إدارة الشحنات (20%)

   • الإشراف على فحص التسليمات، مع ضمان الدقة في الكمية والجودة.
   • إعداد واستكمال الوثائق اللازمة للشحن.

4. دعم المشتريات واللوجستيات (15%)

   • المساعدة في عمليات المشتريات والمحافظة على أرشفة منظمة للوثائق.
   • دعم المدير اللوجستي في تقييم الموردين وخطط المشتريات.

5. الامتثال للسلامة

   • الالتزام بالبروتوكولات الأمنية وضمان امتثال الفريق للخطة الأمنية المعمول بها.

6. دعم الأنشطة الإنسانية

   • المشاركة في التدخلات الطارئة حسب الحاجة وتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين في الجهود الإنسانية.
