Job Opportunity: Medical and Health Professionals for Emergency Intervention – MSF

Organization Overview
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is currently recruiting medical professionals for its emergency intervention team. As part of MSF’s mission to provide life-saving medical care in crisis zones, we are building a dedicated pool of “Medical Doctors,” “Nurses,” “Psychologists,” “Counselor Educators,” and “Community Health Workers” who can quickly respond to the urgent needs of displaced populations.

Position Details
We are seeking individuals who possess not only medical qualifications but also the ability to adapt and respond swiftly to dynamic and challenging situations. The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring that internally displaced people (IDPs) receive immediate medical assistance and psychological support during this emergency phase.

• Starting Date: As Soon As Possible
• Contract Type: 100% fixed-term intervention contract, renewable as per needs.
• Salary Package: Competitive, with allowances, medical coverage, and paid leave benefits.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Location: Greater Beirut Area

تسعى منظمة أطباء بلا حدود (MSF) إلى تكوين فريق طوارئ مكون من “أطباء”، “ممرضين”، “أخصائيين نفسيين”، “مستشارين تربويين”، و”عاملين في مجال الصحة المجتمعية” للمشاركة في جهود الاستجابة الطارئة المتعلقة بالنازحين داخلياً.

تفاصيل الوظيفة
نبحث عن أفراد يتمتعون بالمؤهلات الطبية اللازمة، إلى جانب القدرة على التكيف والتدخل بسرعة في حالات الأزمات. سيكون دورهم حيوياً في تقديم الرعاية الطبية الفورية والدعم النفسي للنازحين خلال المرحلة الطارئة.

• تاريخ البدء: في أقرب وقت ممكن
• نوع العقد: عقد تدخّل بنسبة 100٪، قابِل للتجديد حسب الحاجة.
• حزمة الرواتب: تنافسية، مع بدلات، تغطية طبية، وإجازات مدفوعة.
• ساعات العمل: من الإثنين إلى الجمعة، من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 5:00 مساءً
• موقع العمل: منطقة بيروت الكبرى
