**الوصف الوظيفي:**
سيكون مدير المشروع مسؤولًا عن تقديم القيادة العامة وإدارة المشروع، مع ضمان رؤية متكاملة بين المكونات المختلفة والتركيز على تحقيق النتائج المحددة في العقد.
سيقوم بإشراف الفريق المخصص للمشروع والتنسيق مع أقسام العمليات وتقييم المتابعة لضمان إنشاء نظام مراقبة فعال، وتوحيد الأدوات/الأساليب في جميع مناطق المشروع، وتحديد إجراءات التشغيل القياسية، وضمان تخصيص الموارد الضرورية بشكل صحيح.
تشمل المهام المنتظمة المتعلقة بالمنصب ما يلي:
– تخطيط وإدارة موارد المشروع.
– تصميم خطط العمل الشهرية والربع سنوية، والإشراف على تنفيذها وتقديم التحديثات والتعديلات عند الحاجة.
– المشاركة شخصيًا في زيارات المراقبة الميدانية وإدارة المراقبة الصحيحة لتأثير المشروع.
– إدارة الميزانية بالتنسيق مع إدارة العمليات والمالية.
– تطبيق إجراءات الدعم الخاصة بالمانح وAVSI وضمان الالتزام بها بدعم من عمليات AVSI.
– دعم موظفي المشروع والشركاء في تنفيذ الأنشطة وحل المشكلات.
**المراقبة، التقرير والتواصل:**
– المساهمة في عملية التنسيق العامة وتبادل المعرفة وترويج أفضل الممارسات والدروس المستفادة.
– تنفيذ نظام المراقبة والتقييم بالتعاون مع قسم تقييم المتابعة.
– ضمان تلبية معايير المساءلة تجاه المستفيدين والأطراف المعنية، وفقًا لإجراءات AVSI.
– إعداد التقارير الدورية المطلوبة من المانح وتقديم التقارير المنتظمة لبرنامج العمليات.
**التنسيق:**
– العمل كحلقة وصل مع المانح بالتنسيق مع رئيس البرامج، والتقارير الدقيقة والمستمرة عن نتائج العلاقة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية مع المانح.
– دعم AVSI في الحفاظ على وتطوير العلاقة مع المانح، بما في ذلك تنظيم زيارات ميدانية.

**Job Description:**
The Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall leadership, management, and general technical direction of the project, ensuring an integrated vision among different components and a focus on achieving the results defined in the contract.
He/she will supervise the dedicated project team and coordinate with operations and MEAL departments to establish an effective monitoring system, harmonize tools/methodologies in all project areas, set up standard operational procedures, and ensure the correct allocation of all necessary resources.
In addition to these specific tasks, regular responsibilities will include:
– Planning and managing project resources.
– Designing overall, quarterly, and monthly activity plans, supervising their implementation, and proposing updates as needed.
– Personally participating in regular field monitoring visits and ensuring proper monitoring of project impact.
– Managing the budget in coordination with the Operations and Finance departments.
– Correctly implementing the donor's and AVSI's administrative and financial procedures, ensuring compliance.
**Monitoring, Reporting, and Communication:**
– Contributing to the overall process of coordination, harmonization, and sharing of best practices and lessons learned.
– Implementing the program's monitoring & evaluation system in collaboration with the MEAL department.
– Ensuring accountability standards towards beneficiaries and stakeholders are met, in line with AVSI Accountability SOPs.
– Drafting and obtaining approval for interim narrative and financial reports as requested by the donor.
**Coordination:**
– Acting as liaison to the donor, in coordination with the Head of Programs, and providing regular reports on outcomes.
– Supporting AVSI in maintaining and developing the relationship with the donor, including attending/organizing field visits.
– Participating in relevant regional and national coordination mechanisms and facilitating effective data exchange within the Program Department.
