**وصف الدور الوظيفي:**
تتطلب هذه الوظيفة التنسيق الكامل والإشراف على تنفيذ البرامج والأنشطة التعليمية في مراكز التعليم التابعة للمنظمة في عكار. يشمل ذلك متابعة تنفيذ خطط العمل، إدارة الفريق التعليمي، وضمان تسليم الخدمات التعليمية بشكل فعال للأطفال والمستفيدين. ستقوم بمراقبة أداء المعلمين والإشراف على الخطط التعليمية والبرامج الموجهة للمستفيدين، إضافة إلى تقديم تقارير دورية حول تقدم العمل.

**Job Description:**
This position involves full coordination and oversight of the educational programs and field activities at Relief International’s Education Centers in Akkar. Responsibilities include monitoring teachers' performance, managing educational plans and programs for beneficiaries, and ensuring efficient delivery of educational services. You will provide day-to-day follow-up, manage staff issues, and ensure proper reporting and documentation for program activities. Reporting directly to the Cash and Education Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful program implementation.
